What should have been a positive experience has instead become extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a senior woman who made a significant purchase and trusted Skyline Security to provide dependable service, I expected professional communication, follow-through, and respect throughout the installation and scheduling process. Unfortunately, Eric's handling of my account has been unacceptable. I have experienced repeated problems involving appointments, parts, technician scheduling, and follow-up. His attitude has often come across as matter-of-fact and dismissive, rather than helpful or concerned about resolving the issues Falty sensor, doorbell camera needing adjustment, system continued to go off without warning disturbing not only myself but the neighborhood) (which had only been 2-weeks). Most concerning, after the sale was completed, he stopped responding appropriately to my phone calls and text messages. It is extremely frustrating to feel that once the system and additional cameras were purchased, the level of attention and customer service changed. I understand that scheduling technicians and obtaining parts can sometimes take time. However, customers should not have to repeatedly call and text simply to receive basic communication about the status of their service. If there is a delay or scheduling problem, I expect someone to communicate that clearly and provide reasonable follow-up. I am particularly disappointed because I chose to purchase additional equipment from Skyline Security based on the expectation that I would receive reliable service and support. Instead, I have been left feeling ignored and taken for granted after making the purchase. I am asking Skyline Security management to review this situation, including Eric's handling of my account, the problems with appointments and technician scheduling, the status of any outstanding parts or camera installation, and the lack of response to my calls and messages. I would appreciate having a management representative contact me directly to provide a clear plan for any concerns that I may have and who to contact in the future. The remaining work was finally completed 8/12/2026 with the help of my daughter contacting skyline's customer service dept. directly. I hope Skyline Security takes this complaint seriously and recognizes that good customer service should continue after the sale--not end once the customer has paid. I look forward to a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Never get Brinks. The Brinks company will make you pay for an alarm system, even though you don't own the property if you've sold it within the time that you bought the security system. Horrible, horrible horrible company. Never got it right could not get the cameras functioning, right? Was not able to get it on my phone correctly. The reaction time is poor.

WARNING TO CONSUMERS: Skyline Security's technician improperly connected security equipment through…read morea light switch in our home. Our interior lights began shorting afterward. A licensed electrician inspected it, capped the switch for safety, and warned us that the improper wiring could have caused an electrical fire. We called Skyline repeatedly for months. Supervisors claimed they were escalating the matter and promised that someone would come out, but the service orders were canceled and nobody ever arrived. Skyline has now told us that it closed the complaint, will not inspect or correct the installation, and claims the wiring problem is our fault--even though its technician performed the installation. Think carefully before allowing this company to perform work inside your home. In our experience, Skyline allegedly created a serious electrical hazard, ignored the issue for months, never inspected its technician's work, closed the complaint, and blamed us. A company selling "security" should protect families--not leave them with a potential fire hazard and refuse responsibility.

What he didn't mention, was that he would have to delete ALL keys already programmed to my vehicle and reprogram ALL remotes again and charge me full price for each remote. I checked with another Locksmith (Gio Keys) and he confirmed that ALL keys do have to be deleted and reprogrammed, but it was included with the reprogramming, as it only took an extra 2 minutes for each additional key. A1 Locksmith tried to take advantage of the situation to make some extra cash for a minute or two of his time‍, just to sit there while the machine did the work!

The guy who I later learned is Ozzy, said bring the key snd the cylinder, but then I thought to myself, I might as well try to drive the car so he can test it. I'm glad I did because based on what Ozzy was quoting me over the phone was quite less after he ran some tests with keys he made and tested them to the door and ignition. At the end I left with a new key for the ignition, doors, and trunk, as well as a spare that will work the doors and my original key that can still work with the ignition. I hope to not have any future key problems with the cars, but if I do, I won't think twice about going to The Car Key Shop first.

Awesome service, great price. I just moved into my new property. Shortly after getting settled, I was broken into. The feeling of anxiety, frustration, and constant worry about what was happening in my home while I was at work became overwhelming. Then a representative from HM Security came by one day and explained that they offer an ADT Home security system free with a $99 activation. With a low monthly monitoring. The Installer was out the next day. Now whenever I leave my home I have peace of mind knowing that if anyone tries to enter the police dept are all over it. Thanks again HM Security. I just purchased a new home and my wife and I were worried about not having a security system in place. We made one call to Reynaldo Zendejas and he came out immediately to do a walk through. He properly consulted the best protection plan within our budget Once we came to terms he was and he was able to schedule an installation appointment the next day. My new alarm was just installed this week. I am very happy with it! The installer, Hector, was extremely efficient & very professional. Once the alarm was installed Hector explained everything to me and so far I'm not having any problems with it. It works perfectly. Well one problem - my dog (a lab) freaks out every time I arm or disarm it. She is getting used to it now, as I have set it on & off during the day, & try to have her sit quietly while it beeps. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
