They extended my contract an extra year without even telling me, just casually expecting me to sign off on it. When I refused (because who wouldn't?), they ended up not even finishing the install -- leaving me with ugly holes in my wall and zero accountability. Instead of a professional explanation, I was met with attitude and defensiveness. As a potential customer trying to do my due diligence, I found it extremely off-putting that they couldn't handle a simple question about their own reputation without getting upset. OMG! This company is awesome. I was instructed by my employer to get 5 estimates for security cameras for a small commercial property. I had the pleasure of communicating via phone and text with Rey. He was very prompt & patient at responding and providing answers to my MANY questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. Rey clearly explained how each plan works and what the differences are so that I can make the right decision. After getting several estimates it was clear that HM Security was definitely A CUT ABOVE ! They were not the "cheapest" I found, but what they offered outweighed the competition BY FAR! In 2018/2019 We had HM Security install our ADT, a month later we had many malfunctions with the sensors, no one would return our call for service. I filed a complaint with the BBB, no reply. In 2020, we moved and went with Blue system with ADT. Rey Zendejas called and indicated he would have a technician come and hook up our new service if I removed the negative comment from BBB because he was trying to rebuild. No problem, I did. However, he failed to deliver. I am posting today in 2021, because not only would I not recommend HM Security, I would not recommend ADT service. read more

His tech installed cameras for me 2 years ago and i wanted to upgrade, so after so many calls and texting i finally was able to get an appointment so they can come out and install the new ones.. I took a day off to wait for his tech to come out and do the job... That day, it rained alittle...Rey did not have the courtesy to call or text me and let me know that his tech was not coming..
