This review is long overdue. I totally forgot to write a review when they installed the alarm at my husband's office. This place had the LOWEST monthly monitoring fee. I was highly impressed since the monitoring was through ADT. I was very happy that it was one of the three companies that I have heard of. There were other companies that offered their alarm monitoring service, but they were going to use a company that I had never heard of. My husband said that numerous businesses used a certain alarm company within the area, but it is not a company that has been around as long as ADT. Not only was their price lower than others, but they take pride in what they do. Everything was installed nice and neat. Now that my daughter purchased a house, I referred Charlie to her. Once again, Charlie's monthly monitoring fee is lower than the quote given by ADT's corporate customer service employee. I needed to have my Video Ring Doorbell Pro 2 installed on my stucco wall outside my home. I do not have an existing doorbell so I needed to run power from an AC adapter through the wall to the outside. I provided photos and Charles was quick to respond and offered a very competitive quote. When he arrived he did great work and was able to conceal the wires in some existing molding so I didn't have to cover it up later or have a visible wire. However, the people at 1st Response Alarms are very professional and helpful. Not knowing anything about alarm systems and camera, they sent out technicians to inspect my house I just bought. They showed up at the time scheduled and gave me a price quote and even hooked me up with a discount! The technician Charlie did an amazing job and finished a day early.
