I then received a invoice for $179. I called and explained the swarm had got worse and according to the 2 security cameras on my front porch no one showed up on the appointment day. We communicated a couple times but that stopped and I got another invoice in the mail. I decided to just pay the invoice to avoid any issues over a unsubstantial amount. Im sure there was some sort of mis communication somewhere and im really disappointed we couldn't come to agreement, especially from a purely local company.

Their website clearly states they service the Chicago area. This type of statement is discriminatory, offensive, and unprofessional. I was not sure exactly what service I was needing or what is the usual services offered for my pest concerns. Not only did she allow me to express my pest concerns, she then explained exactly what service they would suggest and what it includes. That's not the best part.... She then provided price quotes based on our house size and a couple of options to add on. Scheduling was easy and we were able to get them out for the service within a couple days.
