They improvised a pole sprayer to get rid of the wasps. It worked very well. The second time, we had bats swooping under our eaves. They weren't in the house but they were coming out on the porch. On Target came and assessed the situation. Because of the laws, bats can be protected at certain times of the year. Once that protection window closed, they came back and bat proofed the eaves. We have not had any further problems. We have found them extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Patrick did not pressure us to sign any contracts, nor did he try to sell us any additional work. He just took care of the projects at hand and did them right the first time.

However when we asked Pat to come back out the following spring to ensure that the bats had not returned (as Pat instructed us to do), he was completely unreachable. His phone number where we had reached him previously had changed and was now apparently his son's number. I only figured this out after Pat responded to an e-mail accusing me of acting "unprofessionally" and calling his son. I finally found their office phone number (they do not have a website) and I called the owner, Rob Erickson, and left a message that we'd like them to come back out and finish the job. Rob called and left a very nasty voice mail accusing me of harassing Pat's son (I had only left one cordial voice mail at Pat's number). I called Rob back to try to explain and clear the air and he screamed at me and threatened me and my family. I also just found out today that Pat stole our $500 extension ladder that was in the barn -- that explains why he was so hard to reach. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

In the few days it took for me to call around the bees went from a few to a lot and the hole they were flying into almost tripled in size too. From phone call to the time I was handing Bob my check was less than 3 hours. He took care of the bees, offered me some advice on other pests (ants and spiders) and told me to follow up with him in a few days if I still noticed any activity. We were introduced to Clean USA to help with this watery mess. Between plumbers and this team of professionals, they were very attentive to detail. Clean USA has been on top of the chaos. The level of hard work and detail is awesome. Not only did they thoroughly inspect the water damage, they documented all of the steps from their work. They have been working at our house for a few weeks and are very knowledgeable on water damage and mold issues.
