But then last month, it happened twice in three weeks--first time was my old radiator finally giving out, and the second time was a brake issue. What makes it worth it are: (1) they are totally honest and won't rip you off (tell you that you need service you don't really need, sell you bad quality or used parts, etc.); (2) they keep careful records so you know what's coming up and why (and so you don't get two radiator flushes in 3 months like I did at another shop that doesn't keep good records); (3) the work is done right, and in the time-frame they quote. The third party warranty company I was working with asked that Big Brand call them to approve a service being transferred. I called and was immediately told "Im not making any calls for you." If it was store policy that they don't call 3rd party warranty companies that would be one thing but I was outright told no without explanation. I was admittedly a little short with Amir when I picked the keys up and was called an asshole as I walked out the door.
