Recently had a tire rotation and they completely screwed something up. The truck was braking just fine until I had the work done. It has new brakes! They then tell me my back brakes aren't working and that I need a cleaning and adjustment. Ok fine. Even though I know it's BS it's a 60 dollar service that takes 30 min. So I bring it back in to have the service done and left the truck with them for well over 2 hours and went and killed time while they worked. I returned to find my truck sitting exactly where I parked it. Went inside to pay and the 2 guys inside looked at me like they had no clue what I was talking about. They open the door and yell into the shop to find the guy that "helped" me. Well obviously I wasn't important at all because he had completely forgotten about my truck. Don't look at all of the 5 star reviews that they basically force you to give after every service. Look at the ones like this that you will find over and over. This place is awful and they know it. I took the truck to another place and they verified everything I have stated. It is still up on the jacks right now being fixed from whatever express broke or disregarded.

The first thing that went wrong they had two different guys give me two different prices.Every time I go there they have different people working there. The second thing they did wrong was not putting the recommended amount of oil in my car.My engine light came on.I pulled over the car was 1 1/2 quarters low.No my car does not burn oil or have any leaks. It gets better. The third thing they did was give me a price of 24.99 each for two air filters. Then I asked them to check the incabin air filter. It needed changing.I told the guy to change it.Without him giving me a price.He changed it and charged me 50.00 for a 10.00 filter. This is what happens when you trust the wrong people. PEOPLE BEWARE!! A simple oil change triggered the check engine light which it shouldn't have done,…read moreand the vehicle is damaged underneath! was nice, but the job was unprofessionally done. First time here for oil change. Oil changes do not trigger check engine lights. Took them forever to fix the check engine light. Was late picking up someone from work as a result. I Checked under the hood later on and notice 25% of the splash guard engine cover under the vehicle is damaged and missing. We already have some missing plastic clips from the cover, so it sags a little. For some unprofessional odd reason, they decide to cut off the sagging area without notifying me. All it needed was a couple of plastic clips. Also was not told by management of the hidden charge for disposing the oil. It's not the fee or so much the mistake of triggering the check engine light that bothered me. It's the simple fact that nobody told me ahead of time of the hidden charge and the damages to the vehicle bottom engine cover in cutting it off. Now we have to buy a whole bottom engine splash cover.

Excellent service! My wife's Equinox threw a Stabilitrak…read moreservice message, along with the ABS and TC lights. We made an appointment with Midas to have it diagnosed. Before the appointment the message cleared itself and the lights went out, but we took it there anyway to have them look for any history codes that might have caused it. I fully expected to pay a diagnostic fee. They checked it, and found an history error for the ABS pump (likely the case of the Stabilitrak error). But since it wasn't currently throwing an error, they suggested to take a wait-and-see approach. And to top it off, they didn't charge any diagnostic fee. You can bet that if it comes back, I'll be completely comfortable having Midas repair it. Or, if there are any other issues, Midas will be our shop of choice. It's nice having a company that you can trust. Thank you Midas!
