His demeanor is professional yet I had the most fun when we collaborated together to give me a cut that wasn't "tradtional." I know I only have a small area of hair on the sides and back to work with and he got that and hooked me right up. I'm definitely returning. I had been going there off and on for a few years because the barber I liked left, but I would go there out of convenience between other barber shops to check out other barbers. I'm not going to mention any names in particular but he's always there, I'm sure you know him, I think he sits in the second chair. My last and final visit was not very good at all, very unprofessional, and I feel violated. I always make appointments, but I have to wait 30 minutes while he cuts someone's hair during the time, I made an appointment for, it never fails and when I'm in his chair he spends more time texting and talking than cutting my hair then rushes to finish towards the end. My last visit with him he walked off in the middle of my haircut, he didn't bother to excuse himself and didn't say anything when he came back either, then pushed me back in my seat when I leaned forward. I feel violated, the only place on my body he should be touching is my head area, not on my chest or anywhere else, I'm a paying customer, not a project to be walked away from to do whatever and finish they're ready. I'm not going to say every barber at Pikasso Kutz are the same, the other barbers that are professional with their customers. My brother was going there too before I told him what happened, he didn't like that at all, and I don't blame him.
