Extremely satisfied. Before calling Ace Custom Signs & Window Tint, I did a lot of research of film protection for my Corvette Z06. I looked at the various products (3M Suntek and Xpel), read reviews, watch youtube videos and decided to go Xpel. The internet is full of horror stories about installers doing a horrible job (not wrapping around corners, peeling away, using multiple pieces for a single panel, cutting car paint, etc). So I researched local companies and found Ace. They had tons of great reviews. I called and spoke with John (I had chatted with him earlier when I was researching installers). He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and make recommendations. Once I got picked up my car from the dealer, John accepted my car the same day. I met with him and discussed the Xpel application and tint options. John worked on my car late into the night on many days to deliver my car as promised. He texted me with updates and questions. When I picked up my car I couldn't have been happier. The Z06 is a very curvy and angular car...and John covered every possible square inch. He covered most of the trim and stuff I didn't expect. John, Ace and the rest of the group are so professional, and so easy to work with, I have been recommending them to all interested parties. John et al, detailed/clayed/cleaned my vehicle, installed XPEL Stealth PPF, installed a retro hockey stick stripe, tinted my windows, and installed XPEL ceramic coating on my 2022 Ford Bronco Badlands, a new production vehicle for Ford. John is a true artist. His attention to detail is excellent, and he stayed in constant contact with me during the entire process, giving me updates, asking me questions, and sending me photos of the work in progress. One can tell he loves cars, and he cares deeply about his work product. John pointed out paint imperfections from the factory, and he even put Stealth PPF on my front grill and on my door sills to protect the grill from bugs, and protect my door sills from shoe scuffs, which I had not asked for. Again, above and beyond what I expected. Professional and Perfectionists!!!!! I was so happy when I picked up my new beautiful red Tesla 3. Not 10 days later, it took a tar bath and brought me to tears!!! It was a mess! After hours in the dark removing all I could and having detailed the next day, it was still a train wreck! I went flying to Tesla and they recommended Ace. I immediately felt confident in this family owned and operated business. They provided me with their recommendations and took on this job to restore my car to better than ever with cleaning the mess including, scratches, wrap to front and ceramic coating to rest of car. I spoke with Jameel on the phone, and he seemed very knowledgeable, and was professional. I had paint protection film installed on my bumper to prevent it from getting rock chips-my car is a bit "custom" and Jameel had no problem taking care of my needs.
