Critical issues persisted after their second installation, such as: - Continual Leak Around Water Heater Vent: Despite their efforts, the persistent leak has led to consequential water damage in the surrounding area and inside of our home. - Poor Installation Around Fireplace and Electrical Pole Vents: -- --- Inadequate sealing has potential for moisture and air intrusion, demanding immediate repair to prevent further damage. - Ponding Water and Damaged Gutters: Significant ponding of water on the roof indicates improper drainage, coupled with damaged gutters and insufficient support. Craftsman Exteriors' inability to address these concerns after multiple attempts to contact them (on November 8th, 9th, 10th, 17th, 21st, 27th, 28th, and 30th, 2023) has led to unresolved issues. Their disregard for industry standards and failure to rectify issues, even after a failed city inspection, is concerning. We are deeply disappointed by their unresponsiveness in fixing these construction deficiencies, and it raises serious questions about their professionalism and adherence to regulations.
