One of my garage door springs broke when I got home Sunday night. I sent Casey a message 9:30pm Sunday on yelp and got a response and estimate 6am the next day. Basically he was out in less than an hour from when I replied to him. He done fixing my garage since he had all the parts with him in under an hour too. Even adjusted the doors for me since the rails were a little off. Very professional and fast. Oddly friends down the street also had their garage door break, but theirs was the opener, had him call Casey, he came out later that day gave him good advice and then came back later in the week after ordering parts and fixed their door too. I got a few quotes over the phone for fixing the broken springs and cables and one company came over and was going to charge me $785 for some stuff I didn't even need. Casey came out and measured our existing garage door for the replacement then checked on the availability. Since our garage door is a non standard size it had to be custom made and it took three weeks for delivery, but Casey removed the old door and installed the new one in less than a full day. A couple days after the installation, I noticed that one of the window panels wasn't fully sealed, so I called Casey and he came right out to inspect it, agreed with me that the manufacturer didn't build the section correctly and ordered another panel, no questions asked.
