I damaged the garage door while backing out. My husband fixed it but I wanted it checked to make sure I would not get stuck. The technician, Mike, arrived on time and service was within 24 hours even though I called late in the day. He looked, watched it work and told me it was fine. As an older door (20 years) it might some repairs in the future but not now. He didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need and there was no charge for the service call. Eric arrived within an hour of my call. Quick service and very professional. From call to job being finished was about 2 hours.

I called early in the morning and made an appointment for the same day. I was told a tech would arrive between 12pm and 4pm. I took a half day off of work to meet this appointment. At 4:15pm, no tech, no phone call, nothing. I called them. They verified my appoitment and told me their tech was running late and backed up on other calls. I understand this can happen however someone should have contacted me instead of having me wait 4 hours for nothing. They offered nothing except to reschedule. Why would I or anyone want to if they are not dependable. read more

Brandon Wood (our garage door technician/installer) kept me apprised of his arrival time and arrived within the 4-hr window. He also helped me by moving the last two items that were too heavy for me to move out of the garage by himself (thank goodness!!) so's he had the necessary clearance to do the installation. He removed our old garage doors and materials, then installed two garage doors and related materials (rollers, track, etc.), plus one LiftMaster garage door opener/motor - all in less than 5 hours (closer to 4 hours) and all by himself. He cleaned up after his work and took the time to show me what I needed to know about using the garage doors. Doors now open and close super-quietly and look GREAT! Brandon was very professional, polite and patient with me - and even moved those two heavy items back into my garage before he left, taking the old doors and materials with him. Left our garage in grand condition. I couldn't have had a more pleasant installation experience. And -- if you're wondering why we only had one opener installed, that's 'cuz Precision's Josh Allswang installed the same top-of-the-line LiftMaster motor back in June of this year, so only one was needed for Brandon's install. I had a new garage motor and door installed 5 years ago by Precision. Unfortunately the sun heat radiates on the garage door causing the bearing wheel grease to dry out quite a bit over time and created a loud screeching noise when the door opens and closes. 5 stars for the technician Daniel J. who was wonderful. He was honest & explained everything that needed to be done. He did a great job & cleaned up nicely after the job was done. 0 STARS FOR COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY. We made an appointment in the morning for the same day. We were told that a technician would arrive between 10AM - 2:00PM. Within a few minutes we received an email saying the technician would be here between 10:00AM-12:00PM. The technician did not arrived until 3:30PM. It would have been nice from the company to let us know that the technician was running late. When the technician arrived he did not have enough material to complete the full job. We told the company that both garage doors needed to have both the bottom seals replaced. We told them the measurements of both doors. We rescheduled for the next morning for an 8:00 AM appointment with the technician when he was here. The technician arrived at 9:00AM. We received an email the night before saying the technician would be here between 8:00-10:00. The communication from this company is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! We feel there should be some monetary compensation. Communication is key for a good business. read more
