The framing was sloppy, out of plumb, and required a ton of rework to finish the work on the interior. The attitude from the second crew was poor. However, the first crew did marvelous work and cleaned up after themselves. So, it really depends on who is sent out. Hit or miss.

I even told him he could mail a check.. and didn't adress that either.. You dont need an audience to pay someone, you just need proof that you paid.. I offered all the ways to pay without confrontation and so that he could still have proof that he paid David Bieszk and John. I dont want my husband to meet up with him in person to get his check/payment owed, just to be antagonized into an argument for his so called witnesses. I just want him to pay my husband the $500 his owes him and the $100 he owes my son.

About 1 hour later, 2 guys showed up with 3 sheets of plywood. They removed all the broken broken glass swept up, fit, cut and installed the plywood over the opening. All in a little over an hour.

Dwane came out to install glass that was under warranty with Milgard. The glass was the wrong size…read moreand had to be reordered. No fault of Dwane's. the problem was that when the reordered glass was in Sunny State wound make an appointment and at the last minute would call and say they couldn't make it out and had to reschedule. They did this twice. Very annoying when I changed my Schedule to meet him. Then they backed out and told me to find someone else to install and they would drop the glass back to the store (window depo). NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
