Adam helped me with everything!! If it wasn't for him I would have spent over $80 on stuff I didnt need. But, because of Adam being so gracious and kind I left with everythjng I needed and only spent $23. I was so stressed and nervous about buying all this and he took all the pressure off!! If I ever need to paint my house again I will be going to that Sherwin Williams and asking for Adam's help!!!! Could not have been happier with the customer service. :)

I went into purchase some paint to touch up the walls in my home. The lady that helped me was so uneducated with products and ultimately gave me the wrong paint. I went home and tried it to find out that it wasn't what she had promised it was. I took the paint back - thankful they have a return policy. The manager gave me the "correct" paint which happened to still be wrong. I found this out by talking to an older gentleman who was shopping who warned me to check my paint numbers because he had always received the incorrect paint from "this place". Well he was right. The paint type was wrong. I ultimately received a refund and went over to Lowe's who was able to successfully able to assist me with my needs. Needless to say, I had to sand down areas from the first wrong paint that was given to me and thankfully there was someone else there to warn me or it would have happened a second time.

Walking in the decor is better designed than the large shopping centers! Ideas are everywhere that entice you to buy buy buy. If you do not know what to gift to someone, stop in here and you will immediately get ideas... everything you need with Lake Oconee mottos on them can be found here. The Lake Life is the best!!! Helpful staff are everywhere. If you do not know where something is, ask they will take you to the correct location. If they do not have it, they will offer to order it for you. They have bulk mulch, pine straw, soils and cut firewood. Easy to drive up to and they load your vehicle for you. Not only do residents use this store, but many contractors are seen purchasing items as well. Beware.. lots of temptations line the aisle you have to go down before getting to the register!!!

Unfortunately- he didn't have the paint so he called this location and they said they had it. When I walked in Sara immediately told me she couldn't look me up and that she didn't know anything about the call that took place 20 minutes prior to me arriving. She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.

The owner came out personally to evaluate the project and then completed the work with his brother. They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home.
