Any REAL manager would have 1-apologized for the inconvenience of the order being cancelled rather than the blank stare I got. Then he would've walked his rear outside and helped himself rather than, "Let me find...". Corporate needs to take notice. This store is dying and it's because of the way you don't care about customers.
