We go in, pay for them, asked for help, it took over 30 minutes, a call to customer DIS-service, and me running in to find a "manager". Any REAL manager would have 1-apologized for the inconvenience of the order being cancelled rather than the blank stare I got. Then he would've walked his rear outside and helped himself rather than, "Let me find...". Corporate needs to take notice.
