The first time in hired them, Bill and his crew came out and cleaned all the algae off my shingles and then cleaned all the siding on my house. The second time, Bill's son and crew came out and I had them clean just the siding plus two accessory buildings. My siding was filthy and full of cob webs and fly specs. When they were finished, the siding was beautiful and looked nearly new again. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they worked for 3-4 hours. They are respectful of my bushes and other obstructions. They are careful with screens and other delicate items. The pricing was determined up front and was completely reasonable. No surprises on the invoicing. Camille handled the appointment scheduling and pricing discussions with a professional and pleasant demeanor. This last season they missed winterizing our sprinklers (we were on the schedule in October and were simply missed.) Our pipes burst and the water flooded our basement, ruining Christmas presents. They told us what to do, but when we contacted in the spring, the original proposition was we pay for the part ($179) and they cover labor ($50). The part was by far more expensive than the labor. My husband got confused as to what three parts were versus one part and when they found out our confusion, they told us the assembly part was $472. I offered to do 50/50, with them paying for labor, but splitting the cost of the part. Upon further research, I learned it was ALL considered one part and that's what the $179 he was referring to was. The situation was blamed on us for not communicating that they missed it. However, the way things have been handled in the past was a bill would be sent in the mail after the service was done. This easily can be missed. For such a small loss to take as a business, it sure was stressful to have to deal with the flood, loss of presents, rewrapping presents, and then the unprofessional attitude and communication from one of the gentlemen.

The owner Sergei came out and noticed a bunch of installation mistakes and sent a different crew to "fix it" and, while the new crew did improve one issue, he did not fix everything. So CAUTION, if you get any type of plank flooring, expect it to sound like they have lined the floor with sand or plastic bags when you walk around, because according to Flooring America, that is NORMAL??? I'm so bummed we spent so much money on flooring and just as much on installation for an install that is sub par and no one at the company cares. It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond and we have been very patient. This has been ongoing for months. I really wanted to love my floors, but every step is a reminder of all the money we spent on crappy product and crappy installation...do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
