He has also done inspections on a few other houses within those years and has saved me from some very large home repairs in a house that I would not have been able to afford not knowing it had termites or structural damage, or whether the electrical box and outlets are up to code (which were some of the findings that made me decide not to go through with the purchase). He is fantastic at walking through the entire house with you and showing you everything he finds that you should be aware of, not just the negatives either. He's great at telling you the pro's, con's, as well as the little things like - in a few years you might want to do this or that... or if you did this right away, it may help prevent this or that happening. He was more than happy to answer my many questions at each inspection, and at the end of the inspection provides a very detailed report with several pictures and his comments on areas that need work or that the homeowner should be aware of. He has no issues getting into crawl spaces or attics, searching for mold and mildew or evidence of leaks and things like that, or getting on top of the roof. Each house I have purchased, I have also gotten the Radon tests as well in my residential home inspections. His prices are reasonable and he's always been very professional and thorough. I recently hired All Gutter Systems in Grandville, Michigan, to repair a small section of gutter…read moreand downspout on the front of my home near the garage. The repair itself was simple--requiring roughly 10-14 feet of material, a few screws, and basic hardware. The work appeared satisfactory at first, and I paid the invoice in full the same day. Unfortunately, the experience that followed has been extremely disappointing. The day after the repair, my son parked in the driveway and discovered a handful of screws--about a dozen--scattered directly where the repair vehicle had been parked. He collected them and brought them to me, and I immediately warned my family to check their tires for any potential damage. Shortly after, my son's girlfriend found a screw in her left rear tire. The screw was located in the sidewall, making the tire unrepairable and forcing her to buy a new one. A day later, I personally found another dozen screws scattered near the end of the driveway and along the edge of the road, confirming that they had been dropped by the repair technician from All Gutter Systems. I contacted the company to report the incident, and to their credit, they initially reimbursed us for the cost of the one damaged tire. However, the issue did not end there. A few days later, I found yet another screw lodged in the sidewall of the rear tire on my own vehicle. Because my car is all-wheel drive, I was advised that all four tires should be replaced to prevent drivetrain issues--costing me nearly $400. I immediately contacted the company again, explained what had happened, and spoke with the salesperson who told me he would relay the situation to the owner. I was later informed that the owner was unavailable due to a family wedding but would respond soon. It has now been several days, and despite multiple follow-up calls, I have received no response and no resolution. While accidents can happen, the real test of a company's integrity is how they handle them. In this case, All Gutter Systems started out well by acknowledging the first problem, but completely failed to follow through once it became clear that there was additional damage. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and disappointing. Until they take responsibility and provide fair compensation for the damage caused by their technician's negligence, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

The second time did not fix the issue and I've contacted them a third time and after a a prolonged period of time they sent somebody out to look at it. They "found" and area that had no insulation and claimed that is why I am still losing heat through my attic. The issue is that there service tech promised each time it was fixed. Now it is two weeks removed since they came out and I am still not closer to getting my issue resolved. I would have given a one star, but we used them for windows before and they did a good job
