I know who my locksmith will be from now on! Incredible service. No nonsense or time wasting. Worth the fee 100% to get really quality service. I hope I come back to find this review to reach out to Assa next time I need a locksmith. I had a homeless guy trying to live in the mailroom at my apartment building. Needless to say we need a lock that could lock and self close on its own asap. My tenants are happy. He made extra sure to get me the right lock for the need of my property. Any other Yelp businesses were still responding 12 hours later after he already had the job done. Incredible work ethic!!! Thank you. I seriously appreciate it. You relieved much more than a lock situation today Assa. You relieved a stressful situation for a small business owner trying to take care of their family.

Ace Lock and Key did an excellent job rekeying my rental units locks. It was a little pricey, but it's probably competitive, however I didn't call around. I set up an appointment, they confirmed the appointment and arrived prompt and the locksmith was professional and personable. For solid service I would recommend calling Ace. read more

Upon returning from vacation we found that we were locked out of our house. We called a few locksmith's before calling Ace Lock and Key. Unlike other's that didn't have time or didn't make housecalls, Ace Lock & Key said they would be out withing 30 to 40 minutes. They kept us informed as they got closer and upon arrival (less than 30 minutes) they were able to open the door within minutes. They were very professional and friendly. Their rate was reasonable. I will call them again, although I hope I don't need to. read more
