I'm going to start by saying the plumber that performed the job was amazing he was very careful, and almost artistic about doing his job.( now the ugly) management or office, this company is paperless so everything you supposed to get is by e mail or text, I requested that they provide me with copy of the job that was to be performed, several times, excuse after excuse, by law I supposed to get one right away, did not get it, the excuse was that the person in the office could not e mail or text, this happened several times. The coded me a price, once again without giving me a copy of proposal, so when i finally get it, last day of the job was almost $2,000 more than they had quoted me, so customer be aware. We had what appeared to be a wet wall inside a condo we are buying and we needed to diagnose the source of the moisture. Ace sent Albert out to investigate. Albert was extremely professional and thorough. He went through a process of elimination to determine where the nearest water supply lines were. Horrible service - Scheduled an appointment between 9-12 was no show no call. I took the day off to meet with the Tech to repair the water heater. I contact Pelizon after my Rheem tankless water heater died. I clearly told the dispatcher twice that I have a TANKLESS Rheem water heater. They sent a plumber (Joe who was wonderful by the way) who arrived and told me the dispatcher told him I had a tank water heater, and that they don't do tankless Rheem. ‍ I ended up paying $170 for a consultation with a plumber who doesn't even work on my water heater. The dispatcher should have been honest and told me up front that they don't service tankless Rheems. I ended up contacting Rheem and found an authorized plumber from their site for the warranty repair. Joe was nice but there wasn't much he could do. read more

I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service from Ace Pelizon. Long story short, my main sewer line was clogged due to roots. I first called in the morning and a sweet lady by the name of Nancy answered my call and initial questions. She scheduled for Jake to come out to really see what was going on. I'll tell you the truth when I think of plumbers, I think of a fat, stinky dirty old men. I was actually dreading having someone come and clear the plumbing lines. Enter Jake. When I opened the door, this guy was wearing a super clean white uniform. I thought to myself, "damn, I must be the first person because this is not what I had thought a plumber to look like." +1 point for presentation. Jake was a very pleasant person to work with. His attitude and knowledge was more than I could have asked for. He gave me pointers on things I could and shouldn't flush down the drain, and also recommended how to prevent future blockages. +99 points for leaving me with a sense of trustworthiness. He showed me all the roots that he ripped from the plumbing to prove his work. It was gross. It was nasty, but someones gotta do it. Jake did it with flying colors, all without putting one stain on his bright white shirt. +1 million points for pulling that off. Would I user Ace Pelizon Plumbing again? You betcha! Do I hate roots? Called for a dishwasher installation, scheduled for a week out.They call me the morning of, tell me they've got a bigger job on-hand, can't get to me for another week, and wanted to charge me the price of a new dishwasher!!! I paid Pelizon top dollar $17k in 2013 to have sewer liner installed and was assured that I would not ever have any problems again. In 2020 it backed up because Pelizon had not properly sealed a coupling connecting two portions of the liner. Under warranty they replaced the coupling and installed a cleanout. It backed up again in 2021. Pelizon tried to blame the company that had done an emergency hydrojet the first time it backed up, accused the company that did the second emergency hydrojet of shredding the liner, blamed the manufacturer for faulty liner, before finally getting the subcontractor who installed the liner to inspect, with consensus that the liner was fine, but that Pelizon had improperly repaired the coupling and installed the cleanout. Pelizon promised that they would make good on the repair, and then would not respond to a dozen messages. This was a miserable experience and an enormous waste of time. I finally went to Moe Plumbing to fix Pelizon's mess. Go there or to any other plumber! Pelizon is not an honorable company. read more

Revising review...now that a week had pasted, we finally removed the plastic tarp covering the slab fixed area so the tile guy would replace the tile. The replacement cement work was poor. All the did was mic a bag of pebble and cement mix, poor into the hole. Little effort on evening it out. The tile guy now has to add another layer of mix before he can work on the tile. After researching on price, they are fairly pricey. Over 1800 to replace a 40 gallon water heater and a shutoff valve that's connects to it. A brand that sold wholesale for under 600. read more

Called to have my water heater fixed. I reported to the customer service rep the error code that I was receiving. I waited a day and they sent out a technician. The technician was here for 5-10 minute, didnt do anything that I didnt try to do, then told me I needed to buy a complete new unit. I called customer service again and they said he was a "newer" technician and that they would send someone else out the following day. The next technician was very friendly and helpful, he had worked at my house previously, he was even working in the rain which was greatly appreciated, however my report of the error code was again ignored and a different part was replaced on my water heater. My water heater went out again on a friday night and there wouldnt be anyone to service me till Monday. Same error code. Another technician comes out on monday. I tel lhim the same thing with the same error code. He does not call Rheem to report the error code but he gets my water heater going again and tells me that they will have to report the error code to rheem the next time it goes out. Why not do that then and there? so a few more days go bye and surprise, water heater goes out again, same error code. Today they send out the first technician who didnt even attempt to fix anything and he actually calls Rheem to order the part. Pelizon refuses to expidite the shipping for me even though, had they done their job right day one, I would have hot water and not be in this situation. I call the manager, who then calls me a liar when I tell him this is the first time any of his technicians have called Rheem and its been the same error code this whole time. He tries to feed me some BS how they are plumbers and they are doing me a favor for even trying to fix my water heater. What does it say directly on the home page of their website? "water heater repair". After getting into it with the manager he offers a complete refund on what ive already paid and to call someone else. That was honestly the best part of the whole experience. The manager then called me back a little later after going over the notes and apologized to me and admitted fault. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR WATER HEATER REPAIRS. read more

I have a laundry hose bib leaking, I looked online & found Ace Pelizon. I looked at their website, if you make the appointment online they will waive the service charge, which I believe is $48.50. So I send my request online, I got a quick response from Ana. She was friendly, helpful, professional, & responded right away to all future e-mails... We set up the appointment for the next day, I believe the gentleman they sent out was Kevin. Kevin arrived put booties on over his shoes to protect my floors. I showed him to the laundry area, when he turned back around he noticed dirt on the floor, right away he said did I do that. I told him no, my son did that. Kevin then picked up his feet to look at the bottom of his shoes/booties, you could tell he was ready to take responsibility for it.... But really my son did it that morning when we were walking out the door... So Kevin takes a look at the problem & tells me what he can do, gives me a couple options, & tells me the cost. He explains the problem in plain english which is appreciated. I tell him I've been holding off on it because my intentions are to flip the laundry hook-ups to the other wall, he gives me a price on that as well.... I didn't end up getting the repairs done since it would be best to hold off until I am ready to have the hook-ups moved to the other wall. I wouldn't hesitate to give Ace Pelizon plumbing a call. The online request was easy to submit, the technician was on time, honest, and wasn't trying to scare me into getting the work done like some other places.
