Ben was excellent. Efficient and knew what he was doing. Had an old sink in need of removing and replacing. Old sinks are almost welded on. It was a big effort! Job done. Toilet leaked, fixed that. Added 1/4 turn valve shutoffs that I had ordered from Amazon. I will absolutely hire him again. All the work he did was the same work I had a goodland plumber do. That guy made my toilet leak after he simply added a 1/4 turn shutoff valve. When I called goodland to tell them "hey, my bathroom floor is soaked", they did NOTHING to fix it, after saying the plumber would return. That was 2 months ago. Their plumber said "The old sink, huh, replace the whole cabinet and sink, get a contractor to do it". So Ben replaced the old sink...job done!!! Hint, if its later in the day, plumbers sometime say "no, can't, I gotta go, bye"!. Schedule early in the day if its a big job. Took Ben 3 hours of solid work including 25 minute round trip to a hardware store! So, extremely satisfied. I'm an electrical engineer 44 years experience. Everyone dreads having to make a call to their plumber. Yet, I'd rather have a specialist in this situation. My new construction home had a leak at the backflow near the street. I reached out to three local plumbers via Yelp and Ben from Ace Plumbing was the quickest to respond. He said he could come out the following day, which I was happy about since I hate wasting water unnecessarily and having the HOA on me. The next day Ben touched base with me and arrived slightly ahead of schedule. He was extremely thorough in going over what I knew little about. He took his time to see if he could remedy the situation without replacing an entire portion of back-flow piping. Unfortunately it was faulty so he quickly purchased the piece, replaced it and was on his way. I was very pleased with him and his service--hence sharing a stellar 5-star review. It took a few Plumbers to find the right one, and we did! Benjamin did such a great job, it was truly appreciated. He was patient, and took his time to trying to find the problem. The water heater went out in our upstairs condo. Today at 8:00 a.m. I went on yelp looking for a good plumber and found Ace Plumbing . I filled out the information online and they gave me a quote within 15 minutes. We had to have a 40 gallon water water with a power vent. Ben met us at the condo at 9:30 and completed the job today at 12 noon. The price was $500.00 under a quote from another plumbing company. They did an excellent job. Our hot water heater died last month. It was evening but Ben was there within an hour. The water heater needed to be replaced and he offered to get a replacement and do the work the same evening. We decided it could wait until morning. Ben arrived right on time at 8:00 am and not only did a great job replacing the hot water heater, he had the presence of mind to call the manufacturer and find out if it was still under warranty. We had not even thought about that, as the house was pretty new to us and the heater had been there awhile. Lo and behold, it was still under warranty, resulting in hundreds of dollars saved and Ben coming in way under his estimate, since we only had to pay for labor. While he was at our house, he also fixed a leaky faucet. To top it all off, he and his assistant cleaned up the water that had leaked from the old hot water heater and set up the new heater so that if another leak occurred, it would drain outdoors rather than into the utility/storage room.
