This company came and flushed my pipes. Since the day they came there has been a smell coming from the bathroom. We got a new toilet and cleaned every drain possible trying to solve the problem ourselves, but nothing has seemed to fix it. When I called the company I believe I spoke with Bob who was extremely rude from the moment he answered the phone. He repeatedly denied the smell being caused by the flushing even though that's exactly when it started and told me I might have a case if I called them immediately after. Only I wasn't looking to make a case or have them come fix it for free, I was willing to pay and was looking to hire them to come fix the smell. Bob was repeatedly rude and insisted that they can't fix a smell, to which I explained that there's obviously something causing the smell that needs to be fixed. His response was just to be even more unprofessional and rude. Now I called another plumber who said it would be no problem to diagnose based on the smell and that's basically what they do every day. So in summary nothing Bob told me was accurate and he couldn't have been more rude for the entire conversation. This business is just a massive fail all around, horrible service, horrible customer communication. Honestly surprised they're still in business. Call one of the many other plumbers in the area if you don't want to give money to terrible people. read more

We setup an appointment for the following week when we could be home. Plumber came on time to install a new reverse osmosis water filter system under the sink with a line to the refrigerator for ice maker and cold water. Was able to work through some tight areas and resolve some installation issues navigating around cabinets and shelves. New 1/4" copper line to refrigerator runs under the house with a shutoff valve. Cleaned up afterward. New filter works great and we're happy to taste better filtered water now. Price was fixed and no extra charges. We are very happy with their work. read more

Called office on a Monday and set up appointment for plumber to come on Tuesday. Our issue were two slow draining toilets and an apparent leak in one bathtub. Plumber showed up, looked at issues and fixed them to our satisfaction. He seems knowledgeable about our issues. He charged us the minimum service charge ($145) which seem very fair us. They came out on March 13th and cleared my drain. $145. Three weeks later, drain is clogged again. Come back out and clear the drain again. No warranty on their work. Want to charge me $145 dollars again. Ultimately give me a discount, another $100. Not thorough work. read more

Huge shout out the Bob and Allen at George the Rooter Man. I have been using George the Rooter Man for plumbing services for years. My neighbors also employ their services. We have had nothing but good/excellent, speedy, reliable, reasonably priced services from them for years. Yesterday they totally went over and above the call of duty in excellent customer service. Early in the morning I discovered I had no hot water. I hoped the pilot light had gone out. But alas, it was leaking a lot from the bottom. I called Bob at George the Rooter Man. Note: significant rainfall was predicted for last night and today. From the time they arrived, I had a new water heater installed in approximately 1 hour. Saved us on a Sunday from a clogged sewer pipe that had both bathrooms completely shut down. No other plumber that "supposedly has 24 hour service" would even answer the phone. Courteous, arrived right when they promised, got on the roof for a difficult vent clean out, and ensured all bathroom drainage systems were functioning before departing. I called George the rooterman with help for a clogged drain between my driveway and the street. I called around 4.00 but was told I would be charged over time. I said fine. Alan showed up at 5.04. He snaked the sewer with no result. After 40 minutes, he realized that he was "snakeing" the wrong way, and was going into my home instead of down the driveway. He told me to check the bathrooms because "these things smash toilets to pieces"! At this point I wanted this man off my property because he obviously didn't know what he was doing. He snaked down the driveway and within minutes the clogg was gone, and then his machine broke down. "damn machine always F@%ikng breaks down!" This was at 6.18. He spent another 30 minutes!!! Fixing the machine, and wanted to charge me almost $400 even though the fixing of the sewer took a few minutes!!! I will never, ever use these people again!!!! I will report them to BBB!! read more
