Chris the manager is extremely communicative and friendly. If there was any problems he made sure you were taken care of and felt taken care of. The A/C technicians that were sent, Alonzo and Sam, were great guys. Alonzo was especially knowledgeable and quite proud of his work. They got the work done and they even came back when I had some concerns about the systems, to make sure I felt taken care. Not being a native that grew up in Vegas, I had some bad experience with different repair companies and didn't know which ones to trust. this is the best experience I had so far with any repair company in Las Vegas. Definitely will call again for other repairs and installs in the future.... don't go with home depot repair guys, they're the worse. read more

I wish I would have read these reviews before reaching out to Casey who was referred to me by someone I trusted. I'm a local REALTOR & will never refer their services. I thought I needed a new breaker installed because it continued to trip. When Jordan arrived, we discovered it was the garage GCIF that needed to be replaced. He was there for a total of 20 minutes & the invoice was $195.00! After reviewing my invoice, I noticed I was charged for a $45 GCFI that I had provided!!! Give me a break! I had a great experience for the most part with ace services, but some things I just didn't appreciate. I was having issue with my toilet for a while, and the company I've used in the past was not being helpful with sending someone out. I first called and spoke with Tori, who was very helpful in trying to get someone over. I didn't hear back from them after the consultation yet, so I called again and spoke with Rose who wasn't as helpful. I value customer service with businesses and I am a very patient person, but it almost sounded like she didn't want to help me at all. She wasn't very clear and I heard a lot of rude comments in between, and I was about to call someone else to fix the issue but they were able to send Jose, I think that was his name, back out and get the problem resolved. Tori followed up with me after and she was very nice and I appreciated the follow up. Overall, very quick, very informative through the whole process besides the other employee I spoke to. Will be using them again when I need them! Recommend asking to speak to Tori if you don't want your day ruined. read more

Lack of customer service. Make appointments with a 4-hour window, then neither called nor showed up. This is a crooked company with its insane and unreasonable charge. The technician of this company told my management company the cost to repair my water leak at one of my properties is about $360, which is cheaper than the other company that charged me $850. I agreed to let it do the job. 3 days later it told my management company that now the charge total will be $950, which is a ripoff. It took advantage of a landlord that is living far away. I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, "If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route." Still additional comments from owner, "I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well. Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next." I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company. read more

I used the company for plumbing and electrical needs and I was not disappointed at all. Im not familiar with these companies in vegas so I went with the first one I googled. They were quick with the answering of the phones, the woman on the other end was very kind and polite. They even called me to tell me they were running behind. The first gentleman too come out was Russ, the plumber. He was very kind and knowledgeable and honest. He fixed my issue and knew exactly what I needed on the electrical side. The next day the electrician, LeRon came out with a girl named Haley. They were both very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They were on time and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. I am so glad I used this company and will use them in the future when and if I need these services again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will over charge you for hours of labor, and then overcharge you for the cost of materials! They were sent in to repair a leak, they charged DOUBLE the normal rate, and didnt even repair or even find the leak!!! Had to have another company come find the leak after my below neighbors ceiling caved in! A WASTE of Time and Money. We had to use Ace through our warrantee company and what a terrible experience. We had our AC unit blowing hot air and Ace replaced part by part making 5 visits in total, still not getting the problem resolved. In the end we had to get our warrantee company to send out another company who found that the lines were still clogged. Ace never follows up even when they say they will and comes out when it suites them not the customer. I would not recommend this company. read more

Beware!!! Horrible Plumbing Technician, Way over priced, Charged for more than the amount of work they would do, and asked for a ridiculously big tip. We needed to have a Manabloc replaced which controls all water to different part of the house. We were quoted for 3-4 hours of labor for just the manabloc installation and they gave us a price including the manabloc & installation. Technician was 2 hours late, only took him a little over an hour to install the manabloc, still charged us 3-4hrs of labor. He was getting in patience, cursing while installing the manabloc, which was very unprofessional. I was getting upset just listening to him cursing. He didn't even label the manabloc for us. The manabloc should be label with which knob controls which water line. I had to do that myself. We weren't even quoted for the valve knob replacement on water heater. It was a last minute thing that I asked the technician how much it would cost to replace the valve pipe w/ knob. I didn't ask him to replace it. I wanted to know how much first before going forward with it. There was no leak or anything, we didn't have to have it replaced. I left him in the garage to do his work and went inside for a few minutes and he replaced the valve pipe w/ knob on water heater for us without giving us a quote or having me agree on replacing the valve pipe. Technician later said he did the valve pipe w/ knob for you for free which was not free at the end. We were charged $300 for just cutting the pipe & joining it together. Technician even grab the new pipes we bought for the water heater & left with him. The whole time that the technician was there, he makes it sound like he was doing all the extra work & favor for us. At the end other than paying him for what was agreed upon, he open his mouth and asked for a big tip. He kept on going and going about everything and how he replaced the valve pipe w/ knob for free, that he deserved the big tip. It was scary where I have to give it to him b/c I was alone in the house w/ him & not sure what he would do to me b/c I am a petite size. The tip he asked for was ridiculously big. I told my husband about it when he got home from work and my husband was upset b/c even he thinks it was ridiculous. Everyone I spoke with about this thinks it was too crazy. This was the worst experience ever, I would never forget this experience. Next time if we have any more plumbing problems, I would have my husband take off from work before having someone over at the house. We would definitely not use Ace-A1 Plumbing nor recommend them to any friends or family memebers. read more

Called Ace to get an idea of what the install of a 40g Hot Water Heater in a mobile home would cost. When the person answering the phone couldn't answer, I was transferred to Rod. When Rod did not know, he gave me the plumber's name and number. (Wow - took my request seriously, went out of their way to answer, got me a good ball park). Based on their customer focused attitude, we gave them the business. They worked through the complexity of an out-of-town landlord and having to make arrangements with the tenant's working daughter. They were able to come out same day and finish same day. Plumber called from site with accurate quote. Then called back when job turned out to be easier than expected (saving some money) but found some other items which they suggested to be repaired. Pool breaker quit working. Called around and went with Ace. Two hispanic workers show up and were only here for 5 minutes, but fixed the problem. They were paid $75 in cash. I'll jot it down as a $75 lesson. Anyway, we keep getting phone calls from Ace stating we owe them now over $90. Asking why they stated they have not been paid. Maybe stop calling us and start questioning your employees who have obviously stolen from you. If not, you can take us to court. We have the receipt of payment. That is all. read more

Hired by our bathroom remodeling company to install two can lights and two electrical outlets. Wall and ceiling were already opened up, they tied into existing sockets in the kithen, literally at the house less than 2 hours, charged for 2 technicians and a total of 10 man hours (5 each) almost a grand to these clowns. I can see how he is driving a 5 series BMW now. Also has the nerve to take a dump in my bathroom for half an hour, before starting the job. Mabey I should look at the invoice closer, probably got charged to unclog the toilet he stopped up.(Invoice was sent to me by mistake by them, instead of my renovation company, they wouldnt tell me how much they charged.) read more
