Screen repair doesn't automatically sync media unless it was manually done.

Went in to get my sons IPad screen and charging port fixed. Made it very clear on what services needed to be done at the time of drop off, it was also communicated back to me the 2 repairs needed to happen. I was called and told the iPad was ready the night before I went to actually pick it up. Got there a few hours after they opened and I was told that they had to reopen my iPad and it wasn't yet ready??! And I had to wait for a 10-15 min. Just odd energy all around. Got the iPad back, mind u it's my child's iPad. He DOES use my Apple ID for games and things but I do not download pics and notes across devices. As it's my 8 year olds tablet for games etc... well, low and behold, they had switched the option to download pics in the settings and when they finally gave it back to me, all of my pictures were on my sons tablet. I'm disgusted and feel very much violated. WARNINGS!! Also, they only fixed the screen and not the charging port. He was flustered when I asked about why they didn't fix the charging port but had a really unprofessional response to why it wasn't fixed. He said he noticed it still charged if he put the cord a certain way. Mind blown. That's the whole reason why I brought the tablet for repair. Just unbelievable. Anyhow, They do ask u to unlock you devices when u drop them off, don't trust what will happen next at this place. It took me a few months to write this review but I thought it should be out there since they had the nerve to send me a text for more business from me. I did not give them access or permission to do any changes to settings on the tablet, just there for repairs. and I understand I should have signed out of my Apple account before handing it over but this is just a violation. Also weird energy giving the tablet back to me. Place is creepy. The end

Unbelievable service. I went in to get a glass protector on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and the gentleman who help me said it should be simple and quick. He came back out and the glass had bubbles in it. I said "why isn't it clear without the bubbles" and he stated this is how it looks. Mind you I have a iPhone 10 S Max and I came to the same location and had them put in on and I have at the glass protector on it for years and nothing has happened. He even tried to blame the case and said the case made the glass bubble up. This is complete bogus and all he had to do was admit fault get a new glass. I would suggested to stay away from here if your getting glass protection on your phone. DO NOT send your phones to get screen replacements here. Not only did they add a cheap and I assume faulty part, but they also slapped a screen protector on it - which did not protect anything. I picked up my phone from them on 2/17/24, and last night 2/28/24, I grabbed my phone to use it, and noticed a pressure crack and the phone screen started to turn black where the crack was. By morning the phone screen was completely black. So I went into the store to see if they could fix. The employee asked if "any pressure" was put on the phone. I told him not anymore than putting it in my purse pocket. Not only was I told that they could NOT fix it, but they said it was not under any warranty????. Their replacement screen couldn't withstand the pressure of being in a purse pocket????, and now the phone is COMPLETELY damaged. So basically - any amount of every day phone pressure that you normally don't even thing about-- is not allowed with the parts that they order to replace. DO NOT GO HERE. Completely unprofessional. I have had better luck at mall kiosks with screen replacements and for cheaper.

Very fast, friendly and efficient replacement of my Iphone 5c battery.. I went late in the afternoon and the young man had it replaced in 15 minutes at a very reasonable price! This was my first experience with this shop, but I had a great experience - Alex is very professional and knowledgeable, I took him my IPhone 6S Plus for a screen replacement after dropping it 5 or 6 times (wasn't sure if it was repairable) Alex assured me it was and had it ready for pick up in an hour or so for a VERY reasonable price even though his shop appeared to be very busy with other customers - Thanks Alex! - Im going to be back and will definitely refer you to family and friends read more

Total professionals! Prices are great! Dropped my iPhone 7+ and I completely destroyed the screen. It was shattered so badly that the little shards of glass were getting stuck on my fingers. Called ace tech to get pricing and see how long I would have to be with out my phone. Alex was very nice gave me a very reasonable price and informed me it would be done in less then an hour. Dropped off my phone grabbed some lunch and by the time I returned my phone was good as new again. Alex even gave me a free tempered glass. Super fast easy and convenient I highly recommend them! read more

Eric repaired my iPad and he did a great job! I plan to return with another older IPad for repairs. I highly recommend him! I really liked the option to bump to the front of the line for an additional $35. I received my iPad the very next day! I don't mind paying for even faster service! I needed it because I didn't have a good working piece of equipment to fall back on while he repaired my iPad. I couldn't be down for 3 days. Thank goodness this option was available! read more

After much debate on whether or not to fix my little brothers 3rd broken phone, I decided once again the price of a repair was worth him not complaining anymore. I usually go to ESM Cellphone Repair in Lakewood for all my broken phone needs(they're amazing btw) but being a little short on time I decided to give this place a shot as they were fairly close to me. Not only was Erick able to answer any and all of my questions, he was also able to repair it same day! Yes, we do work on switch lites. Just depending on what the issue is, we can get parts for anything that would need replacing, but for anything related to the motherboard, we would have to diagnose if there is anything wrong with it.

If you want a third party screen, it would cost $69.00 +$100 (labor) + tax on laptop screen. Payment Method: They accept credit cards or cash. They don't accept payment over the phone. You'll have to come in to the shop to pay. Location/Parking: Located in a plaza on the NE corner of Artesia and Carmenita Rd.. Ambiance/Decor: Shop is relatively clean and bare bones. They probably do their work in the back of the shop somewhere. Service: Service was great. Steve was friendly, attentive, and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Experience: Overall, I had a great experience. Steve gave me updates on my laptop through the process. There was one hiccup though. The screen replacement that they ordered was damaged during shipping. He was able to order another screen quickly. It took about 10 days for them to fix the laptop.

The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. This company is absolutely amazing. Their service goes beyond all expectations. And the price they charged was most reasonable. I highly recommend them. They are network specialists too.

Excellent customer service AND prices are great!! I have been to the one by the town center on multiple occassions! Service is honest AND fast!! I have never waited longer than their quoted time. The other day, we went in to get my daughters phone fixed, and although they gave me plenty of heads up that they were moving-I had forgotten. We went to the town center area where they used to be, and the woman informed me that they had already moved. I had the address, and although I didn't really have the time to drive to another place- I did. I knew what I would get service and product-wise. I called at 5:15 (they closed at 6), and the gentleman said if I arrived by 5:30-5:40- they'd be able to fix it by 6 or just after! Had an unfortunate spill the other day and sadly my new iPhone 7 had to pay for it, I thought it was a goner, the glass was shattered and my screen looked like a rainbow, I was on my way to the Apple Store when I saw this place out of the corner of my eye and figured I'd stop in, I was greeted with a smile and was assured that my phone was fixable and I wouldn't lose any of my data, the price was affordable so I had them fix my phone, I was waiting for it and before I knew it my phone was finished!! The repair was super fast and clean my phone looks like it just came out the box!! No kidding, they ran a diagnostic test for a very reasonable price, found the problem, then called me with the results. They gave me time to decide what to do. Amazing Service! Took my laptop in because it was acting funny, running way too slow and not loading photos. They diagnosed the problem swiftly and repaired it with out having to lose any files! I just recently lost my iPhone. My daughter gave me her old iPhone 6 which had multiple problems. light source didn't work, the microphone and speaker also didn't work properly. My iPhone battery had swollen up and popped the screen and back from the phone body. Ace tech ordered a new battery which arrived exactly when they said it would. This is a small shop on Atlantic Ave. that you could almost miss, but you shouldn't. The service was fast and not at all expensive.
