Ace Transportation is the best in the area! I have been working in the transportation business for 20+ years and I had to source a local company that could handle a C-level event for 350 people. This was an enormous challenge since we had to provide personalized SUV and Sprinter Van service for every movement (Roundtrip Airport transfers including PSP and LAX, multiple hotels, 7-8 activities per day, offsite dinners, etc). Ace was able to source equipment and drivers outside of their fleet based on their outstanding relationships with other local vendors in Palm Desert and Los Angeles. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would!!! Absolutely the best service I have ever gotten from a transportation company. We had 11 girls fly in for a Bachelorette Party and they couldn't have been more accommodating. They picked us up form the airport with a huge van pumped with AC and cold waters. They even had a separate car for our luggage so the girls could all ride together. Our driver Greg went above and beyond his job responsibilities. He was super welcoming and friendly and made us all feel special. He even carried all our luggage to the second floor for all of us. That night he was also our Limo driver. He made the night really special and made sure to let him know if we needed anything at all. The limo was decorated with balloons and signs and drinks. He even had pizza waiting for everyone at the end of the night. We were so happy with our service that we requested to have him drive us to the airport when it was time for us to leave. I am an event planner that has hosted customers for a golf weekend in Palm Springs three years now. We have used Ace transportation for each visit. They are phenomenal. This trip, I had all my transfers planned out. Candace in the office worked with many weather delays and rescheduling and stayed on top changing flights. The one thing I didn't plan was the weather also affecting my coworker's flight, who was my ride. Arriving at the airport and turning on my phone to find out he wouldn't be there for hours. I checked the Uber pricing and it was the same pricing as our prescheduled transfers, so I called Candace and literally within minutes she had a driver there at the airport to pick me up. My wife and I live in Vancouver Canada and own a place in Indian Wells, CA which we visit several times a year. We were very fortunate to meet Tim several years ago, and have used Ace Transportation ever since to travel to and from the airport. Art or Tim has always been there to pick us up on time, with lots of room for golf clubs, etc. and at a great price! Their cars are clean and very comfortable and they are very professional! Great change from the cabs we used before. I understand they will also drive you from PS to LA or anywhere else within the area, at a very good price and, given the hassle, time and expense it takes to fly, a trip with Ace instead of a plane will probably get you there earlier and in a much more comfortable way without needing to get poked and prodded by TSA personnel!. I am a corporate event planner and we used Ace Transportation for our Global Sales Meeting in Rancho Mirage. They are fantastic, Art and Tio were so patient with all of the weather delays for our group coming in from around the world. They provided excellent service and the pricing was outstanding. They provided arrival and departure service to/from PSP and LAX. I had one of our sales reps coming from Chicago, his flight to PSP was cancelled. Our travel agent set him up to arrive at John Wayne in Santa Ana. Because of the air space curfew the flight was diverted mid-air to LAX. Ace was on it and called to let me know that the flight had been diverted and Tio was on his way to LAX. Now that is service. Whilst visiting the country and La Quinta/Palm Springs area we needed to sort some transportation to the Palm Springs Wedding Chapel and a further return journey. Art and his team were so helpful. The booking arrangements were quick and easy and documentation received by email most concise. Todd, our driver arrived in very good time to collect us and was so very helpful.
