I bought a watch online from this shop, the sales person I had was named Juan. I found the shop on eBay and contacted them about some questions on a datejust Rolex, and they said they could bring the watch price down from 14k to 12k if I did a wire transfer. Now of course this being a wire transfer and my first big purchase as a young man I was nervous, and my bank was more nervous and denied the wire at first, but Juan was super patient and helped a ton, he sent info about there bank officer, he helped with calls and talking to the bank poeple, they have reviews from all the way back from 2018. Anyways I took the risk and did the wire transfer after the bank finally talked to the bank officer and said they felt a lot more comfortable about it, which made me more comfortable. My watch showed up in 1 day as promised with all the papers and the box. It was incredibly packaged and it felt like I was opening up one that was new. And I couldn't imagine it was far from the experience. To say it lightly the watch was real and the sales team was super patient and helpful. I can't wait for when I hit my next goal of 500k in the market so I can go online and google this shop and call Juan up to buy my next watch. (I live in michigan and this is Texas so the bank was super worried about the fact that I had never seen or touched this watch, but it arrived in perfect condition and no weird business happened and I couldn't be happier about it ) read more

Took an inexpensive ladies watch for battery replacement. Nick was very helpful going over and above my expectations. He walked next door to obtain a battery he doesn't normally stock. The watch runs, however the date-set stem was broken. He recommended a nearby repair shop after giving me a rough estimate. As I was about to leave his parking lot, I realized I hadn't paid him for the battery. He said 'no charge' and smiled when he saw the surprised look on my face! He was very helpful and my purchase was very smooth. Though, initially, Juan told me the price was $12300. I went online and saw that the watch was listed for $12000. When i told him that, he said it was for a different watch. Then later he said he spoke to manager and he is able set a deal for $12000. I agreed. But later i went back and checked the listing again. We got to the point where the was transaction was happening and the owner pulled Juan to the back and started yelling Racial remarks over a Mexican Identification . Everything was under my dads name and was ready to pay . There was no need for the owner to treat some one like that over having a Mexican ID . My dad was ready to spend 18k for a ROLEX! The Owner is Disrespectful, Unprofessional and Racist. After, a quote was accepted for the jewelry I brought in, the Owner came back with the quoted amount and threw the money on the counter unapologetic. After the money was thrown at me no effort was shown to pick the money up and hand it to me in my hand, he left it there and walked away without any form of regret. The son or grandson stood there in shock and after a moment proceeded to pick the money up after he saw that I was taken aback by what had just taken place, he counted out each bill and handed the quoted amount to me in my hand.
