I learned the hard way U really do get what U pay for! Luckily for me, Several neighbors on Nextdoor App had posted bout "Aced It" Heating & cooling. I sent Caleb a text at 9pm, within mins he responded & came out next day. He took his time, efficiently went over my entire HVAC system. Many HVAC companies don't do this! Caleb gave me multi affordable options, explained things in detail that I could understand. I opted to get rid of current Kenmore HVAC that had Ben breaking down yrly since its install in 2012. Upon install of new HVAC, Caleb found Mold in/around my HVAC. This had Ben caused by my hm warranty HVAC repair company Sears/Cinch hm warranty Not sealing HVAC properly. Same company that left me hanging every hot summer w/o A/C for weeks on end! Caleb went over & beyond to help me get this taken care of. He actually talked to my homeowners insurance company & bcuz of his expert knowledge, I was able to get the mold covered under my home insurance policy. Along the way, we found other issues/probs with my hms air intake sys; once Again, Aced It Team rose above & worked for days to repair it & did so free of charge. "Aced It " mite not be the Cheapest HVAC company out there, But they are the absolute Best when it comes to Customer Satisfaction! No Joke, U really do get what u pay for! They genuinely Care bout customers satisfaction! Plus, They offer so many different types of services; an affordable HVAC maintenance(for lil as $12month), , duct/vent cleaning & disinfecting, offer multi ways to finance any repairs. Also, I never realized just how much $ I had Ben wasting with a crappy HVAC system until now! My electric bill went from $800 a month(summer) down to $250 with Aced It's 2 step energy efficient HVAC & my gas bill went from $380(winter) down to $60. That's a huge difference! Buying a new energy efficient HVAC from Aced It heating & cooling was the best purchase I've made! Plus, I'm all bout Supporting A military Veteran's company! Never have I had the luck/opportunity to be blessed enuf to find a company that Truly cares bout its customers as Aced It does! Aced it team is bout helping fellow neighbors in the community. Team members are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, prompt, hardworking & affordable! When Caleb comes out to access & diagnose ur prob, he goes over the Entire HVAC system! He provides several affordable options to meet any customers needs. The Aced Team went above & beyond to provide me a quality, efficient, energy saving(lower electrical bill), HVAC, they also offer duct & vent cleaning; antibacterial super cleaning! Plus, Aced it offers very affordable maintenance plans for as little as $12 a month! The big test came when I got my electric bill. Normally my SCE bill in July is $800 for the month. After buying the 2step HVAC from Aced It, my bill was $86. My old HVAC system was a POS lemon that broke down yearly for 12yrs straight! bot, installed & maintained by Sears; They sold me an over sized unit, didn't seal it, mold grew in my HVAC closet, I was charged for parts under warranty, & left me w/o a/c for as long as a month long in 3digit heat every Year for 12yrs! My HVAC went out completely. We had no heat. Aced It came in and fixed my air conditioner in my attic, brought it up to code, but that's not all. The rest of the logistics was handled a very competent company that works with them. They managed all the paperwork, including the permit and HVAC certification. What impressed me the most was the level of commitment they showed in their work. So much so that they were at my home, with a ladder for the building inspector, ready to answer any questions he might have had. I wasn't expecting that.
