The Gonzalez contract stated scraping of old paint is included, but the team refused to scrape paint off my siding saying they don't do that. I brought it up with the foreman multiple times. Well, most of the exterior of my house is siding, so I would never have signed the contract if that was stated at the outset. See the attached photo for how they just spray paint over peeling paint. I called the owner and left a message but there was no return call. I won't get into other issues, but for this reason alone, I am giving 1 star.

Victor from Emanuel Gutters was very professional and knowledgable. He even pointed out where the original installation had placed the downspouts in the wrong locations, and how relocating them would be more esthetically pleasing.
