Blackbeard Roofing responded very fast to our request and unlike other companies was able to estimate the cost of our roof repair based on our description. They scheduled us the very next day and kept us updated on their arrival time. Andy and his team did a great job repairing our leak! The whole work was completed in under an hour. They matched the shingles by color and made the repairs seamless. The cost of work was very reasonable and fair. In addition they inspected our whole roof for any signs of damage. Andy used a drone to show us our whole roof top. In addition to performing an excellent job Andy was friendly and easy to work with. He addressed all our questions and concerns regarding our roof. We got estimates to get the hail damaged shingle roofs replaced on three buildings, our house, barn…read moreand workshop. We chose Raleigh Residential Exteriors (RRE) to do the job...we are so glad we did! From the beginning everything went smoothly. Ray provided us with shingle samples (we decided to change the color since all buildings need replacement), ensured the need stock was reserved early to ensure the product was available, explained their process and scheduled the job promptly. He worked closely with us to ensure appropriate safety measures were followed to prepare the barn/stall areas and ensure our horses safety was high priority throughout the entire job. The RRE team was organized, punctual, hard working and worked well together. They covered all landscaping and deck areas around the house to protect them. The roofing team worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old roofing, make needed repairs and install the new quality roofing products. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves and constantly ran magnets to pickup stray nails, especially so around the barn. We also had new gutters and downspouts installed. He came by, in less than a week, and checked out my roof. He brought samples of all the products that would be used. He suggested what shingles would look the best on my roof but did listen if I wanted to make a change. He then offered to show me the color on a roof that he had already installed in my neighborhood that so I could get an accurate view of what to expect. He gave a detailed explanation of what I would be asked to do (making sure my car was not in the drive), how long the job would take and the cost. He kept me notified of a one day delay in starting and continued on a daily basis of job progress by texting pictures. He was on site the 2 1/2 days of the process. His crew also cleaned up the yard at the end of each day and more thoroughly on the last day with him on site and helping with the cleanup.
