I made a 20-minute trek to get here. I pulled up and parked. I thought the main building was where I had to go. One of the guys came up to me and asked if I needed a wash and if I needed the inside cleaned too. I said yes and was told $60. Sure it's a bit steep, but considering some drive-thru car washes are close to $20 and you're on your own for the interior. My car was immaculate. No more bug splatters. The shine was great. They dressed the tires. They wiped down the inside (even though I keep the interior clean). And they even vacuumed my trunk. Would definitely stop by here for a wash.

Apparently I pulled off the belt a little early, which is my mistake, and I apologized. But I had made it to the air driers, the belt had stopped moving, and since there is NO lights or signage telling you when to leave the belt, I assumed the wash was over and I drove off a bit too early. I was then directed to pull up by the attendant who hand dries your car at the end, only for him to yell at me for pulling off the belt early, and then refusing to dry my car because "there's chemicals and sh*t" on my car since I left the dryer early. I'm sorry, but if there's still dangerous chemicals that shouldn't be touched after my car has been rinsed and mostly dried off, maybe you shouldn't be using those chemicals?? Is it dangerous to touch my car after using your car wash? In addition, I'd bought the deluxe wash, which comes with a free vacuum. Being my first time here, I assumed my receipt would have a code to scan or something similar to redeem the free vacuum, but it seems that you need some form of token. Neither the wash selection machine nor the attendant there gave me a token or told me how to redeem the free vacuum, so I basically paid for a vacuum and never got it.
