I made a 20-minute trek to get here. I pulled up and parked. I thought the main building was where I had to go. One of the guys came up to me and asked if I needed a wash and if I needed the inside cleaned too. I said yes and was told $60. Sure it's a bit steep, but considering some drive-thru car washes are close to $20 and you're on your own for the interior. My car was immaculate. No more bug splatters. The shine was great. They dressed the tires. They wiped down the inside (even though I keep the interior clean). And they even vacuumed my trunk. Would definitely stop by here for a wash.

But I had made it to the air driers, the belt had stopped moving, and since there is NO lights or signage telling you when to leave the belt, I assumed the wash was over and I drove off a bit too early. I was then directed to pull up by the attendant who hand dries your car at the end, only for him to yell at me for pulling off the belt early, and then refusing to dry my car because "there's chemicals and sh*t" on my car since I left the dryer early. I'm sorry, but if there's still dangerous chemicals that shouldn't be touched after my car has been rinsed and mostly dried off, maybe you shouldn't be using those chemicals?? Is it dangerous to touch my car after using your car wash? In addition, I'd bought the deluxe wash, which comes with a free vacuum. Being my first time here, I assumed my receipt would have a code to scan or something similar to redeem the free vacuum, but it seems that you need some form of token. Neither the wash selection machine nor the attendant there gave me a token or told me how to redeem the free vacuum, so I basically paid for a vacuum and never got it. Didn't feel like asking an attendant for help after the other guy raised his voice at me, so I left, and will not be returning.

Before confronting Jeff about this issue, every interaction was smooth and cordial. I was looking forward to his services. It seems like when confronted with an issue that he may have been responsible for, it is not something he handles well. My car is brand new, purchased a few weeks ago. There were absolutely no scratches on my window before Jeff provided his services. This was also my first car wash on this vehicle. So, there is no chance of anyone else scratching my window. Ok, maybe there's still a chance that a passerby could have scratched it; but considering the pattern of the scratch and it being across the window from top to bottom, I HIGHLY doubt it. But that's besides the point, I know there were NO scratches on my window prior to my car wash. I kept a close eye on my car everyday since I purchased it and often sat in it during my lunch breaks at work. I look out the window of it everyday, and would have noticed this scratch sooner if it was, in fact, present before the car wash. It's an eyesore from where I sit. After I picked up my car and drove home, I noticed some scratches on my window when I stepped outside to examine it in the sunlight (it's hard to see this in the parking garage). The scratches appear horizontal. It's difficult to capture on a photo, but I attached a photo. If you zoom in you can see the swirling pattern between the horizontal lines. The type of pattern that would fit polishing/cleaning a window. The scratches are deep enough to catch a fingernail. His apparent lack of accountability led me to disregard pressing him any further, and I opted to post a review instead. It's an easy fix, so it's not the biggest issue. I simply don't like how Jeff handled the situation. I asked if he had on a watch or any object that could have damaged my window. He said no. However, I have dashcam footage of him wearing a bracelet and watch. Does this definitively prove that he damaged it? No. But common sense and logic would tell me that he most likely did, given all my prior points mentioned. Sure, I could have pressed him further, but he lied about having any objects that would have scratched my window and that told me that anything else I said to him would result in further denial from him. So, here we are. Beyond that, I noticed smudges on my car and water marks with dirt on the trunk/bumper area still. There's also a yellow stain on the roof of my car that can't seem to be removed. On my passenger side fender vents, dirt/white stains were still present. There was also a lot of visible dust on the dashboard and gear shift console. It didn't even look like he touched it at all. Nothing's perfect, I understand, but I'm paying $125. I expect something a little better than that, and I would have overlooked it, if it weren't for the type of response I received from him when confronted about the window scratch. A partial refund or referral for a free service repair would have sufficed. Shit happens, I get it. Just own up to it. There was another review stating that Jeff doesn't take ownership for causing damage to a client's vehicle. I second that. 3.5 stars for the overall wash and detail. 1 star for customer service/lack of accountability and window scratch and minor imperfections. By chance if you're reading this, Jeff, please take off your watch and bracelet when washing other people's cars. I know for a fact that metal from accessories can potentially scratch glass. I know you could probably care less about anything I said here and that you will never acknowledge the possibility of scratching my window, but it had to be said. On the off chance that I'm completely wrong and you can prove it, or if you're able to compensate for the damages, I'll gladly take back everything I said and revise this review; although that is not my intention, whatsoever, for this post. Unfortunately, I had to leave before they could finish my car, which was definitely frustrating. They apologized, asked me to come back the next day, and even took $10 off for the inconvenience. When I returned, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The inside and outside of my car looked phenomenal--it was clear they had taken the time to do the job right. What impressed me most wasn't that things went perfectly the first day--they didn't. It was how they handled the situation. Instead of rushing through my car just to get me out the door, they chose quality over speed and asked me to come back so they could deliver the level of work they stand behind. That kind of integrity is rare. Yes, I was annoyed that I had to make a second trip, but in the end, I left with a beautifully detailed car and a lot of respect for a business that genuinely cares about doing exceptional work.
