TQ has some of the best prices and quickest service in the Bay for a solid maintenance clean. As a dog owner, I don't always need extreme detailing, but they do a great job tackling drool stains and the salt residue from Tahoe trips. Definitely recommend. After a drive to and from LA, the infamous bug splatters were stuck on my windshield and bumper. There aren't many hand car wash places east of the East Bay tunnel. I made a 20-minute trek to get here. I pulled up and parked. I thought the main building was where I had to go. One of the guys came up to me and asked if I needed a wash and if I needed the inside cleaned too. I said yes and was told $60. Sure it's a bit steep, but considering some drive-thru car washes are close to $20 and you're on your own for the interior. My car was immaculate. No more bug splatters. The shine was great. They dressed the tires. They wiped down the inside (even though I keep the interior clean). And they even vacuumed my trunk. Would definitely stop by here for a wash. read more

I'm not sure if there's a true pricing structure as another reviewer mentioned - my gut is that the number moves around. $50 for inside and out, cash price, for my Mazda CX-5. They said it used to be $45 but the prices have gone up. They shared that there's a more affordable alternative down the road, and wouldn't be offended if I went there. I drove up and was excited to find a car wash. When I asked about pricing I was told that the cost for a basic wash was 50.00. I thought that was a bit pricing for what I wanted. Just a basic wash and vacuum. Call me cheap but there was only 1 car being serviced in this good warm weather. People are taking things into their own hands again. I will wash it myself for less than 10 bucks and do an outstanding job! What could improve is offering special deals it could take 15 minutes to get the outside done and a quick vac - they can run that for 20 bucks all day and get the low hanging fruit. read more

Came here because of all the great reviews and got a full exterior wash and interior vacuum. Very disappointed with the service I got - when they were done my car was indeed washed but they failed to get off tons of little bits of gunk on my hood/front fender. I scratched off a couple pieces very easily with my fingernail and asked them to go over it again. The guy working started to look at it and said "will this even come off?" Yes dude, the car is brand new and I just scratched some of the gunk off with my fingernail, you just didn't do a good enough job the first time. +1 star for spending the extra time (for free) to do what they should have done right the first time. And because the overall value for price was good. But I shouldn't have had to tell them to put some elbow grease into it to actually get the car washed properly. read more

Took my filthy dog hair infested car into TQs and after some discussion we agreed on a price for them to remove the millions of hairs that our 9 month old Frenchie shed all over the car. They were done in around 40 minutes, charged a very reasonable $60 and gave me back an immaculate car free of furry deposits. They did tell me at the start that they probably couldn't get all of the hair out which effectively managed my expectations but they managed to pretty much eliminate every last strand. Easily the most questionable quality hand wash in the area, but I live super nearby so keep coming back for the convenience despite my general dissatisfaction with the job they do here. Service is the bright spot as everyone is super polite and there are good shaded places to wait. As for the wash, my car is typically still wet when I get it back, sometimes still dripping in places. There have been some minor issues like forgetting to put some of my floor mats back in but nothing too terrible otherwise. An inside/outside clean runs anywhere from $80 to $130 for a compact SUV (upwards of $140 - $150 after tip). Pricing seems to widely fluctuate and they have tried to charge me different amounts at the end of the wash from when I first pull in. Given my car often comes back wet or with water spots I sometimes wonder if going to a self-service car washing station for $10 and then just driving on the freeway would have been a better choice. If you are in a hurry and can live with the quality, they do mostly get the job done here. read more

The full interior gets wiped down and windows are actually clean inside and out when you leave, unlike some other places I've gone. Interior + exterior wash was like $40-50 total depending on how big and how dirty your car is. Staff goes out of their way to help customers out in any way possible.
