He was helpful in getting the soil test results from the Brooklyn College lab very quickly and helping me interpret them. We ended up deciding to remove the native Brooklyn soil that was filled with lead and pouring concrete on top. This task required putting up plastic sheeting to carry out the leaded soil through the building with contaminating the inside space, as there is no street access from the backyard.
