We received: Salmon with Creamy Tarragon Sauce and potatoes, Chicken Lasagna, Creamy Corn Chowder with Cheese Biscuits, Slow Cooked Italian Steaks, and Sirloin and Sausage Tortellini, and because the owner is nice...they threw in Omelets (so sweet). It took about an hour or less for 2 of us to complete the 10 meals (and they give you organic wine to drink while assembling!) Now we have a freezer full of clean, healthy exciting meals. Haven't tried any of them yet, but it was easy to tell they would be delicious.

Just for me, Jerky is supposed to be a healthy junk food (again just for me) and it tasted too healthy for me to enjoy it. It didn't taste THAT great. So I joked "well... it just tastes too healthy for me. :) " And then this guy got all worked up and became all defensive about it and gave me a lecture saying well it's all good and healthy and tasty, right? so why don't you want them? I am Flexitarian which means eat organic and vegan at home but when I am out, I eat everything as long as they are not fast food or junk food. I wasn't saying I was not going to buy it or I did not like the product, and I really did not appreciate that Portland attitude from that jerky guy.
