While exploring, I found the perfect little snake plant--much needed redemption after my last one went off to the great garden center in the sky. When our buzzer went off, I found a cozy spot to sit. They have tons of little seating areas throughout, which makes it such a relaxing place to wander. After finishing our drinks, we went in search of a jasmine vine, and by the end we headed inside with our purchases. I have to say, the staff is lovely and very helpful. They gave us great tips on plant care and even provided paper and a box so our car wouldn't get dirty. I'm ecstatic knowing this place is just 10 minutes from us. Oh--and they have plenty of parking in their lot too.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior especially towards a customer that just purchased a plant. Candidly I had strange encounters from the other younger men from the store asking me for my ethnicity right after I was inquiring about a plant (which they didn't seem to know). Perhaps curiosity at best but certainly not relevant. Besides the rudeness of the owner, the selection of plants are pretty good, there are lots of trendy plants for cheaper prices than you would get from other stores. However they're all cramped together so it's hard to really identify or see them individually.

I went in to look around and wanted to buy some plants. The person behind the counter acted like they were better than everyone else. They didn't say hello or ask if I needed help--just sat there reading a book in silence. But when an older white lady walked in, they suddenly said hi. I thought I was imagining it the first time, but the exact same thing happened on my second visit. I also bought a plant during my first trip. Everything feels a bit overpriced too. I was trying to support a small Asian-owned store, but I guess I shouldn't bother. Some people just want to be stuck up. I probably won't go back. Good luck to them.

I've been passing by frequently for nearly two months on my way to work usually before they're open or after they're closed on as I make my way home and finally got to stop in and explore. It was fun looking at what they offer, and then pretty quickly getting approached to see if I needed any help. Well, of course, I did, so I was grateful for that. And, after selecting the right soil for the planter in question, I walked inside and explored bit. A sort of mini hardware shop is there. I loved the various tools and materials they sell. Most of it I am had no immediate need for. Still, it was nice to what they got. And, everyone to a person (I met a few in my brief trip to Orta) was super nice and helpful. Memorable.
