Love this company! We met with ADS's salesman (Buddy) 2 years ago through our home builders. Since our house would be a new build, it was important to work out every detail of what we wanted with Acoustic Design and our electrical designer. This process took several months and Buddy was very patient in answering every question we had, offering suggestions, & working in tandem with the electrical designer. After our house was built, a team of 6 technicians spent 2 days hooking up everything that we had ordered. They were all very professional, courteous, & respectful. They cleaned up everything before leaving each day. Then over the next few weeks, they would check to make sure everything was running smoothly. They have continued to answer questions via calls, texts, & home visits to this day. Can't say enough about the stellar customer service! Special shout-out to Jason - who seems to ALWAYS be there for us. Not sure if he gets paid for overtime ...or if he even sleeps. He knows my husband has a wacky work schedule and he accommodates my husband's schedule by calling late at night or super early in the morning. He brushes it all off as "just doing my job". But we think Jason goes above and beyond. We've also separately ran into technicians Matt & John in town and they too have asked how everything is going and would answer questions. It's amazing how they recognize customers. We're just not a face in the crowd or a name on their work order. That's rare nowadays & much appreciated. Just trust me, don't do business with any other home automation company here in town. You have been fortunate to find the ONLY company that is worthy of your business and your search should end here if you know what's good for you. Don't make the same mistake I did! If I had picked these guys in the first place, things would have been so much better. Instead I've been through the wringer and paid top dollar for subpar work that looks like one big spaghetti bowl of wires and a total custerf*#k fire hazard. I get major anxiety just opening up the door to the room that contains my electronics. It's so unprofessional how the other company left things. I've dealt with a bunch of these home automation companies and most of them aren't good. I wish I'd have just called this company instead. Choose wisely! If you do not, you'll potentially waste so much money on a system that's constantly broken down and not designed properly. Take my system for example, the idiots who originally set it up bolted my DirecTV box into a cabinet so that when the box needs to be reset, I need to get out my tools, remove a cabinet door, then unscrew the racks, pull the device out, and pray to God I don't unhook any other wires back there while I do. My system is literally a nightmare and now I have to pay to have the whole thing unhooked and reconfigured as obviously this system, as it exists, is an accident waiting to happen. If I were to leave things the way the other company set it up, I'd have been lucky if I didn't come home to my house being burned to the ground someday. Talk about a disaster! And to add insult to injury, I'm so embarrassed because if I told you what I paid to have all of this work done only to have it completed so amateur hour like this, you'd be appalled. It's literally crazy! I'm so mad I trusted these other companies. So be cheap all you want people, being cheap gets real expensive, real quick, when you're paying to have to redo things over and over again! That's the definition of insanity. So believe me when I say, be very afraid of the other companies in town. They pretty much all suck except for Acoustic Design Systems! Do it right, the first time, with them. Let my loss be your gain. Acoustic Design Systems has come through for me time and time again. They don't send their employees to come learn on the job on your dime like the other companies do. Don't listen to anything Buddy tells you. He is lying through his teeth. He sold us a bunch of upgrades in our house that we couldn't use, or needed further modification to use. When he sent his people out to correct it, we got a bill for $500, after already paying thousands. Additionally if you pay by credit card, they charge an additional %3. That's an additional $15, just to pay them. Horrible company, find someone for whatever you need. read more

Acoustic Design has the Toll Bros. contract. They will install Control4 operating system. Control4 is not a reliable system and after the one year warranty expires you can expect a $200.00 bill every time you need Acoustic Design to come out to diagnose the trouble. Jeff assured me their system would be a great in home security system, and he was right. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to ensure I had the proper WIFI to handle my system. When Blair and Conrad came out to install my system, they were both very professional and cared about doing everything right when installing the system. I have spent over $200,000 with Acoustic Design and I am absolutely ecstatic in the quality, reliability, and follow though from Acoustic Design. The installers were extremely professional and treated my home like their owns by doing such things as wearing protective covers on their shoes to eliminate tracking dirt on my flooring, cleaning up every day before leaving even though they were coming back the next day, and not to mention they were on-time every day. The training and follow up after completion has been refreshing. They even answered the phone and walked me through a mistake I made on Superbowl Sunday so that I did not have to cancel my Superbowl Party.
