Pro Audio built this Amazing home theater! John and Aiden killed it and Danny came later on to put a few finally touches in to really finish it off! I have a 7.4.4 system, meaning I have 7 bed layer speakers, 4 subs, and 4 atmos speakers. They installed a full AV rack in the closet. Ran all the wires to that to make sure everything was clean in the theater room. I had this done in November of 2025 and it still work amazing. I end most night in this room with the family. Danny and his team: Kevin, Brandon and Anthony, completely exceeded expectations. Every part of the job from first contact and bid to execution went perfectly smoothly. I've wanted a high end home theater since modern home theater began roughly 30 years ago. Having finally gotten the equipment I wanted, I was extremely anxious about the retrofit install of a 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos system. I received 3 detailed bids. The first 2 were both high, involved large holes in walls plus drywall repair and neither business inspired confidence. Danny gave the last bid and seemed most knowledgable about retrofit installs, was down to Earth, and had the most reasonable price. Choice made. Still I was highly nervous about how things would go since the other bidders had mentioned how complicated my room was and possible major issues. On the day of install Danny arrived with his team and slowly but surely my anxieties about the job began slipping away. For one, the whole team were nice, normal guys. When it comes to contractors I'm used to either the overly polite salesman or the quiet, brooding workman. These guys enjoy what they're doing, are very comfortable doing it, and enjoy each other's company. As Brandon and Anthony handled the TV hang, Danny and Kevin were organizing the install of the 4 surround and 4 Atmos speakers. Any time there were issues about placement or options that I had an opinion on Danny and team listened and worked with me (vs playing the "we're the professionals" card and pushing to do it the way they want). On TV height they went a bit lower than what I read was 'proper' but I decided to defer to them and in the end I think their placement is correct and love it. Before I knew it all holes had been cut, wire pushed, everything placed, and they were cleaning up to start testing. Danny took control of the Denon receiver to run the setup then made his own expert adjustments based on real world experience. We ran some demos, got everything dialed in, and I got a couple more tips from Danny and Kevin before the team headed home. I watched 2 movies that night (John Wick and Hereditary) and the experience was exactly what I had been waiting for for 30 years: perfectly enveloping sound with awesome dynamic range and placement, rain and helicopters overhead, spooky sounds behind me. I am extremely happy. What impresses me most about these guys is the consistency and quality in every aspect of the business. I know that these are basic requirements but no one else I called got past step 2. They are also experts and helped me spend less and get more (does that make sense). The BEGINNING: Let me start by saying that I am not a professional reviewer. You can see by my profile that I don't write many reviews at all. The landscape is changing and how we work with people and companies. When someone goes above and beyond, I want to tell everyone about my experience. I am not an easy person to blow away when it comes to service. I'm typically happy but not overly impressed. That changed in a big way. Pro Audio is amazing to work with. Danny spent a good amount of time going over every option, every technology and did it more than once. Trust me - I had to ask the same questions 3 or more times, and he handled it with patience. After he got off a full day of working, we were on the phone for over 2 hours and past 10 PM one night. WHO DOES THAT!!! PRICING: I priced 3 different companies to install a whole-house system, including the backyard. In comparing the Prices on identical equipment from the 3 different companies, Pro Audio was on Average $300-$400 cheaper per piece. They did not resort to the markups that we saw from the other companies we priced. They could have priced equipment we didn't need just to up the price--example - Like a complete Matrix System. The house does not need it, yet one company bided a full matrix tech stack--complete waste of money for what I needed. I didn't say anything but always interesting to see what they will try to sell you. We also don't have a room perfect for surround sound acoustics. One company tried to sell me $1000 in-ceiling speakers. Again - if you have a room sealed and dedicated for this level of sound accuracy and don't have to put your speakers in the ceiling, I would not think twice about spending that. Pro Audio did not attempt this once with their suggestions and fully explained why. Danny didn't know it, but I was prepared and knowledgeable of what I needed and wanted. Not one question did he fail to impress. INSTALL: AMAZING... Thats all I can say... CONCLUSION: This is my first Yelp review and probably my last. I never feel that strong to advise others. Wow, we just moved to Vegas and I brought with me my video projector and screen from Los Angeles. I had set it up myself in LA, but the Las Vegas house has 9' ceilings and a shorter distance between where I wanted to put the projector and mount the screen. After fooling around for a few days, I checked out all the Yelp installers and it wasn't hard to choose Pro Audio Home Theater Installation. I called and they were very professional. They didn't push but did send out a really knowledgeable tech/installer, Brandon. He agreed with me that I'd have to mount the projector upside down on the ceiling which is where I got in trouble. Anyway, he left and when he came back he had the ceiling mount and proceeded to mount the projector in a closet I had built and set up my 125" motorized screen so it's perfect. Then he set the top and bottom positions so all I had to do was hit the button and the screen would drop to the perfect position. He was more of a perfectionist than I had ever been. So the end result is that I have a totally perfectly setup system which is better than I ever had in Los Angeles. I will use these guys including his assistant Ayden for the rest of my AV setups.
