Big thank you to the team at DMC (Kory in particular) for installing my Starlink antenna on the side of the house. I called on a Monday and had an appointment for a site survey/possible install on Wednesday, same week. Kory and I talked about what it was, Starlink is a space based internet antenna company from SpaceX (an Elon Musk company). These antennas provide internet to mostly rural areas underserved by the big crappy ISP's. Kory was great, had all the right tools and even had the mounting hardware for me as mine still hadn't shipped. Quick/clean install through the attic so there's no ugly wires on the side of the house. I would highly recommend this company for installing your equipment. read more

Great work, clean install and extremely reasonable pricing. I was told no visible wires over the phone and they delivered without even having to look at my house. They did a flat rate per camera install which alone i found to be less than the other 3-4 companies i contacted and they used their materials without any charges which I only mention because the other companies said there would be additional charges if they needed to use theirs. Showed up for bid. Then two days later Didn't return calls or texts for estimate. Asked about home automation and he thought it was too expensive for me. Seriously ? That means if he did do a home automation install it would be a rip off because home automation is a piece of cake these days. Going back to the home automation aspect, the exact words in response to my question were, "that's getting into the whole home automation thing and that can get pretty expensive". What I wanted wasn't expensive, didn't require home automation but was an option, and yes there are non expensive options to have done it. read more

David and Corey are amazing. Had them come out to replace a bad switch. At that time we also upgraded or doorbell camera. David explained all the new features , but was unsure if it would tie into our existing camera system as we did not purchase that system from DMC . DMC systems is ahhhhhmazing!!!!! When I contacted Dave, he gave me several options that fit my budget without compromising the quality of the product. Upon contacting DMC systems, Dave was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about home theaters, TV mounting, security cameras and etc. He returned my calls/emails promptly. He explained the installation process and the products in such a way that I understood - I'm not tech savy :( I had installed a surround sound system in my great room. The system sounds incredible. I hired this company after a referral from a friend. David and his team are professional, honest and installed exactly what I needed. I quoted three different companies and DMC offered a true security assessment, great picture quality and a hard wired system with 60 days memory. David initially recommended a camera inside of garage and I passed then after install I realized he knew what he was talking about and should have listened to the recommendation. I called them back and was rescheduled within 10 days to add the next camera. So professional. Overall 5/5 - David came by promptly to quote me on installing a system I purchased elsewhere. He helped me locate excellent angles for the cameras and set a date for install. The day of install he and his fellow technician came on time and immediately worked on the install. After completing they verified the angles of cameras and also ensured everything was to my liking. Originally had David install my alarm system and some home automation. He did such a good job that I hired him again to install additional home automation, run electrical and co-ax to a new location in the house and install a TV, and mount my other TV's. David's quality of work speaks for itself. His installs are always done neatly, no loose wires hanging anywhere and cable nicely tied off. He is very detailed oriented and likes to get things done right the first time. Two thumbs way up. I had already chosen another company to install my security camera system and they did an OK job, but to be honest I wish I had gone with DMC instead. His prices are competitive and service is top notch, even if you find some of his services just slightly cheaper elsewhere...remember you often get what you pay for. I used DMC Systems to install surveillance cameras, a home theater system, a whole house intercom system, CAT 5 to my living room and every bedroom in my house and to update my alarm system. David was great to work with. I was picky and made oodles of changes along the way ("add this, add that, etc."). He was flexible and offered an array of options to accommodate my goals, essentially a good, better and best option. I have a two story house and was worried about the number of holes he would need to put in my first-floor ceiling to get the job done. However, his experience and expertise kept the repair work to a bare minimum. I was initially not quite satisfied with the placement of one camera (a location I chose) and David came back and addressed it without question. His work was the highest quality I could ask for and his price beat the other four bids I received. Then I had difficulty figuring out how to make copies of the surveillance video recorded on my DVR (I'm not too tech savvy). I called David (after hours) and he was able to walk me through it over the phone in a few minutes. Then I had a CAT 5 port stop working (probably damaged by other contractors I had working at the same time). David came back out and didn't pass blame or make any excuses. He simply fixed the port and made sure I was satisfied. I couldn't expect better service from a company than the service I've received from DMC Systems. I will use DMC in the future and recommend them to all those who are looking for the services they provide. read more
