The back, which housed everything including Labradors, was back to its original shape! The center console, gear shift, dashboard, and doors, all an utter mess, were absolutely pristine! There are other options in the area, including a touch-less car wash, and a few miles away, a more robust Scrub a Dub and Fitzy's. One negative is the dryer at the end of the wash. It's an old style with small rollers, that roll over the top of the car. Newer car washes don't use this, and many car washes today focus on never touching the car. That said, it's convenient, gets the job done and I would return as needed if in the area.

The carpets and cloth seats were not shampooed, and the windows were washed but left with streaks and suction cup rings. None of the interior was cleanedit was a quick wipe down. I specifically paid for the LUXURY DETAILING package, which includes shampooing, leather conditioning, upholstery cleaning, and ceramic waxing. None of these services were performed to my satisfaction. I am very disappointed with the quality of work that was done on my car. The trunk was not vacuumed, trash was left on my front lawn, the tires were not shined, the wheels were only half cleaned, and there were visible areas where the spray wax was not applied. I contacted Nick and expressed my dissatisfaction, requesting that he come look at the job and fix it. After further conversations with Nick a full refund was offered and accepted.
