Great stuff... Anyway, decided to try a different dealer that had an amazing collision center...Herb Chambers of Millbury. Unfortunately I was not allowed to use their Collision Center as I wasn't in an accident, but was sent to Audette's Auto Body. Divine Intervention. Norman and team are outstanding! The phone is always answered politely and coherently...you can hear the smile on the other end. Norman is informative, and completely honest with what he expects out of the repair. I picked up my Jeep today and it's better than new. At 2:31 on August 26th I received a phone call cancelling my appointment. Due to my schedule and their schedule they were not able to reschedule my appointment until Sept. 9th at 3:30. This was unacceptable to me. I had my car beautifully detailed by another company on Sept. 2nd for less money. Hope everyone will seek another company for their car detail needs. Also I requested that Nick call me four different times to discuss this situation, but as of today no response from him.
