Note, this left me without transportation home and subsequently to work on Monday. I was told I would need a new radiator at a cost of $1,300. At no point prior to the service was I advised of any issue with the radiator or any risk that it could not safely undergo a standard coolant exchange. The failure occurred during Firestone's service, yet I was still presented with the cost of repair rather than a clear assumption of responsibility. Drew, the Service Advisor, attempted to back me into a corner verbally and became frustrated when I presented a differing opinion to his. Let me quickly add that Drew attempted to back me into a corner to complete additional services with them that would've run me over $5,000.
