I am writing this review poolside before I have checked out bc that's how much I have loved my stay. From booking the room to checking out the experience has been effortless. My boyfriend and I originally wanted to go camping but found the airstream experience of Acres Landing to be a perfect compromise. The airstreams are all unique and come w a private soaking tub and cabana. Vintage charm w modern amenities. Each one is restored, unique and temperature controlled. Our sleeps were cozy and quiet. Your own private desert oasis. Wendy checked us in in addition to giving us some epic reccomendations for food and day adventures. The self check in was streamlined. Already planning our next adventure! Cant wait!

MANAGER LIED AND DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE! everything was fine until our door lock ran out of battery and we were locked out side at midnight, it was very windy and cold, we called the night service immediately but it took them over an hour to resolve it. furthermore, the automatic sprinkler somehow aimed right in the door for us. we were very frustrated and wanted to have an open discussion with the manager, left our information because it was sunday, were promised a call back on monday. monday no call, we called more than 7 times proactively but no one answered, we used another phone to call and they answered right away?! and the receptionist said THEIR MANAGER CALLED US AND IT WAS SOLVED WITH A 25% REFUND AGREEMENT??? they lied about calling us and this is the most disappointing thing, they should never do this when working in service and now they refuse to contact us or having further conversation. a really bad and disappointing experience

I stayed at Acres Landing while working a wedding this past weekend. My airstream was delightful and clean. At one point I needed an iron. After texting their number someone brought one over within minutes. Also the mineral hot tub after a long day of work was what I needed. I had the best sleep I've had in a long time and was much needed.

Acres Landing is the best new venue in the Palm Springs / Desert Hot Springs area! I hosted a wedding industry party there last week, and the staff was amazing, the vibes were great, and the sunset was unmatched. Their vintage campers are all different, and so much fun, and the location was a super convenient 15-20 minute drive from the airport for my non-local guests.

Acres Landing is such a beautiful venue, perfect for any themed wedding or event. If you're looking for a venue for your wedding, birthday, or vacation, this is definitely a must. We were immediately impressed with the aesthetic and layout upon arrival. We also had the pleasure of working with Courtney Tibbets (event planner) during the event, and she was the absolute best! Their preferred vendor list is great. Everyone was so professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. This venue has plenty of space, parking, and easy access to everything. When you look at Acres Landing, you think of a California venue that sets the right ambiance, elegance, and comfort for your event.

I'm not much of a "camper" so at first was skeptical, but each of the Airstreams is more like a cozy little cabin, complete with shower and AC.

I took a dip in all the pools from one to the next; I love mineral pools. Something about this mineral water feels like magic. Time just froze. It was as if my whole life led up to this moment. I stayed in a suite which had a private patio with a stone tub so you can have your own personal mineral bath. The room was very clean, not a lot of amenities, but it did have a small kitchenette and a very cool record player complete with records to play. There are three mineral pools. One is smaller with jets and has a higher temperature than the other two. There's another bigger one that serves as a swimming pool with a lower temperature. And the third one is enclosed with a medium temperature. As you walk further through the garden and down some stone steps, you will reach a small spa that has various rooms for treatments. There is also a dry sauna, showers, and an infrared sauna on the outside. This one was my favorite because the glass doors face the garden. It was very Zen. The massage therapist were very good. Thank you to Landon and Andrew for that. I really appreciated the intimacy of the Resort and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Mel was especially helpful and kind. I left the Resort feeling very relaxed and at peace. I will definitely return.

My friend and I were beyond happy with the beautiful and quiet setting. We enjoyed a superbly private stay, as it's off season. Most people come to stay when the weather is cooler. There are three mineral water pools, one in an open sided, Beautifully constructed, covered patio. One wall was river rock. Another wall was tiled seating that was cool and comfortable to sit on. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna the morning we left, before breakfast. Sweating for 30" is relaxing if you haven't tried it yet. Breakfast options included Avocado, tomato, hard boiled eggs, bagels, croissants, fresh cooked waffles, cold, cereal, yogurt, half-and-half, cream cheese, coffee, tea, and I'm sure more I did not note. We breakfasted I'm a lovely little patio, surrounded by birds and plants. A neighbor cat visited but did not engage. There are daybeds along the pool and a few under the trees in the patio in between the row of rooms. I believe there were a total of 14 rooms. Each room has cool tiled floors and a a fresh king bed. Ours had a lovely bathtub with the hottest shower I think I've ever had. There are imported Italian soap, shampoo, and conditioner (that left my hair looking very pretty). There were two wonderful robes in the boudoir. I wore mine too and fro as I am born to spa and was in seventh heaven. Our room opened up onto a large patio balcony from which we watched the sunrise and the sunset over the valley in front of us. The amenities are open 24 hours. The owner, Mrs C is hospitable and engaging. She has Italian soaps and such for you to purchase, as well as soda pop and wine. Time and money went into planning this spa. The quality imported furniture and tile, the red padded patio furniture. Fountains, outdoor gas fireplaces, everywhere one looks is loving details. And... nobody under 21 allowed

First of all the owner's name is Camillia and she is actually the person working the desk. She has a great deal of pride in her beautiful boutique hotel and she wants all of her guests to have the best possible experience. Her personal touch is definitely felt. The property is absolutely beautiful and well cared for. A big plus is that the jacuzzis and pool are open 24 hours. They have a semi-indoor hot spring jacuzzi that is very large and has a really nice ambiance (especially at night) with the lanterns on the wall. They also have another hot spring jacuzzi outdoors by the pool and it is amazing to soak in this jacuzzi and watch the sun set over the mountains across the valley - Truly a million dollar view! Their pool is luke-warm and so nice to take a dip after soaking in the jacuzzis. And if you plan on spending the day on their pool deck they have lots of nice cushioned pool lounge chairs and 5 outdoor beds. There are also tables you can sit at and have a meal or play games, etc. Our room was very comfortable and luxurious. I love the dark wood, heavy curtains and Italian tile! The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Tip: they have a couple of rooms that have private outdoor patios overlooking the valley and mountains but they don't offer these rooms on Priceline, Expedia or other travel service. Camellia said they only book these rooms directly from the hotel website or by calling. They also have a nice area for massages & treatments. We didn't get any treatments but I believe they have independent massage therapists come in when you book treatment. But it is a really nice spa / treatment area that rivals some of the best spas I've been to.

It was also very quiet there. I think most of the other rooms were filled, but since it was a small place, we still could always get a prime lounge chair and the whirlpool spa area was never crowded. This is truly a repurposed motel and it looks the part. They tried making it look better with fresh paint, but it still looks and feels sketchy and outdated. We stayed here for Father's Day weekend, in room 229, which is a "Mountain View"/Balcony room. Although the view is mainly of the property's solar panels, a dirty empty lot, an RV park, and some mountains, at the distance. The "nicer" mountain view is facing the entrance. We Had been meaning to stay here for years, but we can never get the soleil suite and we still didn't manage to get it. I have really mixed feelings about this place, part of me still wants to try the soleil suite, but I was so disappointed in this "hotel" that I believe it to be a one and done for us. However, if you're on a budget and want something slightly better than a motel 6 then this is the place for you. Pool area: Has 1 average pool, 1 outdoor hot tub, and 1 enclosed hot tub. They also offer massage services, which we did not use. Pros: *Free parking * 12pm check out *Pool area is cleaner and well maintained *On site restaurant (did not try it) *Across the street from a grocery outlet * Enclosed hot tub (a plus because it gets very windy here) * In-room mini fridge * numerous lounge chairs around the property Cons: * It does not feel like a Spa hotel, it's more motel than hotel * The property shows it's age *Dirty and dingy sofa & carpet, would not walk barefoot in here *Dirty shower floor, wore sandals to shower *No tub, only shower with a shower curtain that is not long enough so even if you point the shower head towards the wall, it makes a wet mess outside the shower area * I doubt the pool/hot tubs are mineral water and if they are then most likely any mineral benefits are gone because they were excessively chlorinated * Not enough amenities to make it a legit spa hotel. They have a fairly sized empty area next to the pool area where they could add a sauna, cold plunge pool, and/or maybe a Korean herbal tea pool to help upgrade the space a bit more *No hydration stations. Most spa hotels will have free infused water and herbal tea stations in the lobby or near/around the pool areas to encourage guests to hydrate since the heat and hot tubs can cause dehydration, but bot here. So take your own water. * The neighborhood that this "hotel" is located in does not feel like the safest, lots of police activity, day and night. * Hot water ran out while showering, twice. Happened to me one day and then my partner the next day * Very small and dirty elevator * No in-room microwave * Beds are very uncomfortable, mattress is either super soft or very old because it just sunk while trying to lay on it. Horrible *It's on a main street so you can hear the traffic noise and especially all the sirens from first responders, which I did notice a lot of siren activity * We had 2 power outages and although brief, there's never a good time for a power outage in 102 temperature. * The room was suffocatingly stuffy, which made it miserable to sleep in, even with AC on and they have a sign that tells you not to lower it below 70F. The AC is LOUD *Pool towels are not readily available in the pool area, you have to go to the front office and ask for towels and you only get one per person and if you want a fresh towel you have to swap them out. And the pool towels are small. Luckily I took a set of large beach towels with us, from home. Side note: don't forget your towel clips or bands because it is VERY windy here and if you leave your towels on the lounge chairs the wind will take them. Witnessed a few towels end up in the pool.
