We stayed at ARRIVE Palm Springs from 12/31-1/2, and I'm deeply disappointed - not just by what happened, but by how the hotel has refused to address it. On 1/1, while using the hot tub on site, the chlorine stripped the dye right out of the fabric of my swimsuit within about 10 minutes. By the next morning, my partner's swim shorts were also bleached and permanently damaged. The photos speak for themselves - this was severe chemical damage, not normal wear. While we were at the pool that day, a staff member told us the hot tub had been chlorinated that morning. Two of our personal items were ruined after a single use following same-day maintenance. The total replacement cost for my swimsuit alone is $240. Fabriv damage occurring within minutes is commonly associated with significantly elevated chlorine levels, not normal use. Given how quickly the dye was stripped from our swimwear, this raised serious concerns about whether the facilities were safe for guests to be using at that time. What's far more upsetting than the damage itself is the hotel's lack of response. We reported this while still on property and followed up multiple times afterward. Management was dismissive, denied responsibility, and told us to take it up with Booking.com. Since then, Booking.com has attempted multiple times to contact the hotel on our behalf and the property has not responded at all. Accidents happen. Equipment issues happen. But refusing to acknowledge a clear problem, deflecting responsibility, and then completely ignoring repeated attempts to resolve it is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and communication is what truly ruined this experience.

Our stay was so fun & we really appreciated the manager Kimberly's hospitality. She directed us to a wonderful poolside cabana & served us our delicious brunch poolside while we sunbathed. We will definitely be BACK!

Love this place. Brandon, the poolside server, made our experience complete. Service makes our entire experience everywhere we go, and Brandon truly exceeded our expectations. Arrive, you have a gem! Highly recommend the pina colada, tuna tostada, fried chicken sandwich.

What a great vibe and bang for your buck. This property is relaxing, great pool area with a friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nice, comfy bed. The only thing I would change is the shower heads in the shower were not the best. I would recommend this quit adults only hotel to anyone looking to relax and get away.

We had a really nice stay at ARRIVE Palm Springs. There were a few small issues during our visit, but Kim, the manager, was amazing ,she was always there to help and made sure everything was taken care of. Aya was super sweet and kind ! The food and drinks were great, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you, Kim, for your kindness and professionalism!

Just a heads up for those that like fried chicken sandwiches... The Arrive Hotel on North Palm Canyon has the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. I had a sandwich and a Cosmo for $15 on the happy hour menu from 3 to 6. Coming from San Diego where I'd spend that amount on the drink alone, it was a hell of a bargain. Not only that, the service is excellent and it was delicious well. And the ambience is beautiful with the mountains so close. Paul is a very good Manager as well. A great place to unwind.

I just returned from a few days at ARRIVE Palm Springs and had an awesome time! The property was clean, well maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxing weekend. Funny story... Driving from Las Vegas to Palm Springs, my wife decided to read aloud the 1 star reviews for ARRIVE. Thankfully, upon reflection on a great weekend all the complaints regarding ARRIVE PS were absent during my visit. I'll start with MY experience v. ONE stars: Friendly and helpful staff all around v. rude and unfriendly. Great food and drink v. lousy food and expensive drinks. Comfortable room and in good shape v. I looked for a robe with a hole in it, nothing found. Music by the pool was nice v. loud, blaring music all day and night. The property was void of riff-raff roaming around v. unhoused checking doors and loitering around the property. Check in/out was easy v. I did not get charged multiple times or treated rudely. Also... I loved adults only, 21+ (and yes, that excludes babies, 19 year-olds, toddlers and anyone UNDER 21 years old, duh!) The bed was super comfy and A/C was ICE COLD - thank you! Location was good, a few nice places to eat and drink within walking distance and easy parking around the back. Downtown is 1-1.5 miles down the road. Bonus: great neighborhoods behind the property to walk around and snap photos of amazing architecture. Neighborhoods: Vista Las Palmas and Old Las Palmas (be sure to stop by Liberace's place and see the piano mailbox!) LOVED ARRIVE PS, 5 stars!

A welcoming oasis in the desert. My partner and I stayed at the Arrive during a recent trip to Palm Springs. It's a cute, boutique hotel about 2 miles from the downtown area. We chose to stay here due to other reviews and the fact it is 21+. It has been amazing to enjoy the patio and pool area without kids running/screaming everywhere. We stayed here in January during the week so it was definitely quieter than I expect other times of the year or on weekends. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance to the hotel if you don't want to drive into downtown for a meal. The hotel restaurant has a nice menu and the food is superb. I enjoyed brunch there during my stay. I loved starting my day with the outdoor seating facing the mountains. The bar also opens out to the pool area which is surrounded by ample, cozy seating. We were given complimentary, "drink on us" coupons upon arrival which was a lovely, welcoming gesture. Speaking of welcoming, the staff are chill, down to earth and very helpful. Our poolside room had its own patio with a small fireplace and the room was perfectly decorated and inviting. Heads up for those coming here for a weekend with friends and plan to share a room. The shower/bathroom area in the rooms are open. The toilet has a small door but there is no privacy for showering. Sorry, fellow shy peeps! Overall it was a wonderful experience in a charming hotel in Palm Springs.

If you're looking for a fantastic adults-only getaway, ARRIVE is the place to make it happen. Check in at the bar was quick and easy and we were given a complimentary drink after checking in. Nice touch! The vibe of the place is great. Pool area was super clean and relaxing. Love that it's only got about 25 or so rooms. Even when fully booked, there are always poolside lounge chairs available. They've got bicycles to borrow. It's about a mile from downtown. Definitely walkable if it's not too hot and you're not in a rush. Uber wasn't expensive to get downtown. We grabbed coffee next door at Cartel and had a fantastic bike ride through the movie colony to check out houses and architecture before riding downtown for breakfast. Room was fantastic. Close to the pool. Awesome patio with fire chimenea. Super cold air conditioner. We'll definitely be back!

I fell in love with this place when I was placing our reservation. The people were just as nice over the phone as they were when I got there.

Hi Chuck! We do offer limited day passes to non-hotel guests. Advance reservations are required and all guests must be 21+. To reserve a pool lounger - find us on Resort Pass. https://www.resortpass.com/hotels/the-pool-at-arrive-palm-springs

Hello! Our website www.arrivehotels.com is live with current rates and availability. Just select our property and it should be there for you

Is this hotel kid friendly? I'm worried if bringing my kids will be looked down on.

Hi Wendy, We are a 21+ property. This includes both Hotel and Restaurant, so unfortunately little ones are not allowed to stay or dine with us.

Hi, can I bring my own inflatable pool float?

    Definitely!

What is the crowd like? Is it primarily younger under 30? is there typically an older people around in their 50's?

We saw multi-generations. Most are probably 30-40. But there was a couple in there 60's.

Hi could you please tell me more about getting a suite+patio and what the means for reserved pool side loungers?

Hello! Our Studio + Patio rooms are about the same as the Studio rooms, but with your own patio including a chimenea! This room comes with reserved loungers next to the pool for next day, so you can wake up and stroll to your very own spot with…

    Hi Sergio, yes they are!

Can we bring a drink from our room to the pool (alcohol)?

Hi Ausha, No outside food or beverage is allowed by our pool. Thanks for checking!

Yes. DJ in Saturday and Sunday. Yes, Speakers Monday-Friday.

What is the vibe at the pool. Is it relaxed or more like a vegas pool party?

COMPLETELY CHILL AND RELAXED. It is not a "scene" by any stretch of the imagination. It is def not a party hotel.

What's up with ur "NEW" Pool food menu? Very very unhappy. ????

After I mentioned that I'm allergic to alcohol, the staff instantly offered me a lavender lemonade instead without missing a beat. I'm usually not a fan of lavender-flavored drinks at all, but this one was so surprisingly delicious that when I checked out, I actually asked if they sold it. But there is a spa past the "guests only" sign, away from the pool, so that's at least an option. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Reminded me of a casita. Shower is huge and has great pressure. Pocket doors all around, nice. Hot tub in back is killer and having a fire pit next to it makes the backyard lounging even more inviting on a crisp night. Free breakfast is full of solid choices. Not-free food and drinks are good but, holy hell, is it overpriced. I hate that we're at a place where drinks are $20 on average for alcohol that hasn't been getting more expensive. I just drink less so good for me, I suppose? I got a surf & turf for $55 and it was flank steak and about 15% of it was fat. It came with three shrimp. Sad. Excellent service. Everyone was polite, accommodating, pleasant. No complaints there at all.

The extra rolls under the sink were unwrapped. When coming to our room a few hours after check in, calling customer service (calling three times) took more than an hour, just for us to be told that the lighting and cleanliness issues will be solved in the morning. Was really looking forward to the experience but upon our first few hours, we felt unwelcome, uncomfortable and turned off of our whole stay. Especially when faced with the lack of cleanliness in the restroom, if our bathtub could be so apparently dirty, what else could they have missed? We were forced to spend the first few hours fixing up our room before starting to feel comfortable. This meant scrubbing the bathtub, washing every dish and checking every surface. With the lengthy and detailed check in process, we were really expecting a quality, travel worthy experience. Instead, it felt we were greeted with an unclean, uncomfortable welcome. As guests, it was made obvious to us that customer service was not at the forefront of our experience. Having decentralized customer service (through phone numbers and apps) made us feel so unattached from the actual experience.

The pool is small but has a deep end 8ft which is nice. There are pool noodles and some tubes to use. The hot tub is spacious and powerful jets. We stayed in the Hawaiian surf room, loved the theme it was so cute and felt like a tropical getaway. The shower is small but functional. Good AC unit with a remote control and ceiling fan. Surfboard coffee table and wicker love seat add to the tropical feel. Overall this was a nice private getaway. You can be left alone to relax! If you need anything you can text the hotel and someone replies super quick in my experience. The hotel feels very secure with codes needed to enter the complex and security cameras at the entrance and surrounding the complex. (Probably for management to check and make sure everything is running smoothly). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I have stayed at a few different boutique hotels in the area. This would be a top choice! Please realize this is an older complex and it does show some wear and tear but come on the building is probably 100 years old or somewhere close to that. I couldn't help but feel bad for the owners with all of the really bad reviews on here because that was truly not my experience. The grounds were well maintained with plenty of seating as well as Giant Umbrellas able to provide shade over the pool and hot tub if desired. Hotel California is a hidden gem. We loved our experience and I'm sure we will return.

This was a beautiful property! Every time I pass by this hotel, I always say I wanna stay there! So…read morethis time we decided to make it happen!! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Beautiful landscaping and so many hummingbirds flying around! The staff was very friendly and attentive... :) Spent a lot of time in the pool, which is a little small. I do think that it would be great if they could provide water in the kitchen or by the pool like some other hotels do instead of having to go to your room to get water especially since it is so hot outside! The room, however, is somewhat subpar, i've definitely stayed in nicer rooms! The bathroom is small.. i would equate it to a motel. AC worked which was great. The room also had a fridge and a microwave, which was also handy.. The "breakfast " was ok as well. The hard boiled eggs we got were not good. It's basic so do not expect anything fancy. Cereal, bagels, yogurt. I did love that there was a coffee maker in the room! Would probably stay here again if the price was right...
