This is a rude horrible spot! I called to get some information from their services and the lady who answered straight up told me, " Ugh I don't have time for this!" What kind of worker was that? She clearly needs a break from working if it's stressing her out that badly. Either replace her work area with someone friendly and greeting, or move her to a work setting where she doesn't need to deal with clients because her attitude was unacceptable towards a possible client! I wish this would've occurred in person to record and report this type of service! 0 Stars for this place! read more

Joseph was very punctual in replying to my quotes. He doesn't ask a gazillion questions to be able to give me a quote. (As a comparison, there was another lady from some Farm who would ask unnecessarily many questions such as the wattage of the house, the number of alarms, where they are bla bla bla). And Joseph's quote was very good. I first worked with him for my rental property which had issues in the past (I suppose the previous owner had some insurance claims). But I've spent a lot of dough to restructure the property and was expecting get a better quote for the insurance. However, most insurance I contacted either: 1) Charges you ridiculous amount of money, or 2) Charges you a little but didn't want to cover my property because of past issues. (These companies typically don't want to do due diligence to recheck the property. Or perhaps they don't have enough resources since they're cheap.) Well, Joseph helped me found the best of both worlds, where the company is willing to cover for the property yet the quote came very competitively. And he did it very promptly. Thumbs up. read more

I received a moving violation that made my car insurance really expensive. I sent my info to a few brokers and Murad at All Spectrum was one of the first to get back to me. He quoted me a price that sounded too good to be true, but after carefully reviewing the coverage it was basically a done deal. The policy is with a name brand insurance company and actually better than my old coverage I was paying too much for. The best part is the amazing customer service I've received from Murad. I've moved a couple of times recently, and he's been super responsive and friendly in terms of getting paperwork updated and sent out to me in a timely manner. I have been insurance thru ASI since 2011. Murad and Salina are my go-to guy/gal for all insurance questions. Murad left ASI and Salina took over my policies, and both of them are thorough and patient with my questions and needs. Wow! I didn't think this kind of customer services existed anymore. I've worked with Dima at All Spectrum on several kinds of insurance (home, business, etc..) and not only has he gotten me the best prices, but he helped me every step of the way in dealing with all the complicated applications. He even fought with the insurance company every time they did something wrong. It so nice not to sit there on hold trying to reach a service rep at the insurance company. I set up my rental car insurance policy in late February with All Spectrum Insurance Brokers' Michael, and due to pricing update requirement, Michael told me that he would get in touch with me in June again when the policy needs to go in effect. He assured me that he would contact me and get in touch with me in June when price updates. However, 3 days before I need my policy activated, not only do I not get any contact back, but he also simply informs me that the insurance that he quoted is no longer available. This is 3 days before I need to utilize the insurance to pick up my rental car. I feel this is just irresponsible and truly bad customer service. What I could not stand was that there is no notification, and I had to find out through contacting them myself. With advanced warnings, I could have at least tried to look for alternative insurance broker or solutions. Update: To be fair, Michael did try his best to help me find a solution after I contacted him. Unfortunately, in the end, there was still no resolution. As a first time customer, it is hard for me to try All Spectrum Insurance Brokers again without serious considerations. read more

I'm German and really expect fast/responsive service, but even Michael blows my mind/expectations in terms of delivering a five-star level of service.
