They send quotes showing full amt. minus a 35% discount. I should be happy, but it just reminds me of looking at my paycheck - gross pay vs. net pay. I received a quote in Feb. but stopped searching at the peak of the pandemic. This month, they reassessed (same 3 windows) and gave me a quote about a $600 more. I asked why, but no reply. They may do good work.. but I'll never know. 3 stars since they're one of the few sensible companies that does both well liners & covers vs. one or the other. 10/15th: I'm changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Did you know? They offer window well covers that are slightly tilted so that the water drains away from your windows. They showed up the first time with the wrong size but had it in the frosted type. I felt bad but I asked them to come back. They did without hesitation and rescheduling was quick and easy. We had water coming in over the lip of our window well every time it rained hard, the well drain would clog, the well would fill with water, and the water leaked around the window and came into the basement.
