    I had the most amazing customer service experience while in this Best Buy location…read more I needed a new device and immediately decided to head to Best Buy. Upon arrival, I was greeted and waited for someone to come assist me. Justice came to my rescue and got me hooked up with a new phone, all the needed accessories, and even gave me some helpful tips and tricks. At one point, my phone would not do the necessary updates so Justice and Joshua teamed up to get the issues resolved. Their customer service skills went far and beyond anything I could have asked for after all the wack hiccups to get my new phone working. Kudos to Best Buy for sourcing such quality team members.

We had already ordered a Bose speaker that was not compatible with the projector and we then learned that the blue tooth speakers are not compatible with the projector because of latency in the sound. That is fine. So, when we asked about speakers that could connect with a hard wire, that is when things headed south. The guy helping us (I did not get his name) started asking us why we bought a projector and tried to get us to return the projector to Best Buy and buy a Frame television. So instead of making a commission on a nice speaker for us to connect to our projector, he tried to make a bigger sale with a television that we did not want. Once we indicated that we were not interested......HE WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN HELPING US. Such a disappointing experience.

Visited fully intending to buy a Samsung frame TV for over my fireplace. Firstly I'd done my research and knew I needed to look at Samsung. I asked a sales clerk where they were and he told me Samsung quit making them. I told him I knew that was 100% not true. In actuality they are the main manufacturer of frame TV's even in 2026. We then went to a section and saw what we thought might be a frame TV but we it was advertised as an art TV. After looking around and obviously needing help, I decided "no, I'm not giving these people $1000! 3 men stood less than 10 feet away, 2 on phones and one just looking around. There was a woman sitting in the chair where you walk in and I stopped and told her I was ready to buy but evidently they didn't feel like waiting on me so I'd go elsewhere. I told her to tell her store manager and she actually started LAUGHING!! I said you're laughing, and you have no customers in here at 4:30 on a Saturday?? She said yeah!! I don't care where you go but don't go here! Their store manager has to be terrible to allow such terrible employees be on the floor. #Neverbestbuy!!

I showed you a PSU cable and started to ask and you basically said, you didn't have one. In fact, you didn't even look at the PSU cable I had. You informed me, I needed to order form the manufacture. I knew this, but I figured you might have a PSU cable from 2022 to current year, for the brand of PSU, I have. This was basically the end of the conversation for you didn't say anything. You didn't offer to order one for me or ask if I wanted too. You didn't even say, 'you're welcome', when I left saying, 'Thank you'. Sorry, but you treated me as if I have no idea about computers, which for your information 'sir', I have been building computers since the 90's. The store is a small business in a small city, to which I was trying to give my business too. You completely shut me out and once again, I take my business directly online, OKC or DFW.

    I had a very negative experience at this Apple Store and three different employees could not…read moreresolve the issue. I placed an order to pick up a new iPhone in-store the next day between 7-7:15 PM. The order was never fulfilled and no one could tell me what happened to the $1700+ order. The first worker found no record of the order and told me to wait until 7:16 PM to get a notification about the order, but a notification never came. I then called Apple support and was on hold for about 20 minutes. While I kept waiting, I went back to the Apple Store to speak with a second employee. This worker could not help me or find the order either. Someone with Apple Support eventually picked up my call. They confirmed that I placed an order at this store, but could not explain why the order was never fulfilled. She told me to just wait and come back another day. I drove out of my way to go to this Apple Store, so that was not an option. I then said I wanted to cancel my order. After all that, she said I could ask the store if they had my phone in stock, if that was the case, I might be able to cancel my order and then buy the phone in store. It took all of these people over an hour to come to that solution, which should have been given to me as the first option. I spoke with a 3rd employee at the store and they were able to confirm that the phone was in stock, but yet again, they could not explain why they never filled the order. This whole experience was very frustrating and I will never be shopping at this Apple Store again. In the process of canceling the order to be refunded, there was then a total hold of $3500 on my credit card. I wasn't fully refunded until two business days later. I love Apple, but this experience is making me think twice about getting another Apple product in the future.

I was told on my second visit that many of the workers are technicians or sales support or managers so although they could possibly help they have to remain available for specific services. Okay!?!?!! I understand it but it doesn't make sense. If the store is crowded and you have several workers standing around they should be able to interact with the customer and provide the best level of customer care they can. It's frustrating as a customer to just wait and wait, when you see workers clearly available.
