I have been in there several times. Each time, there were discrepancies between the price quoted and the final amount. I have had problems (yes, several) with them doing this. Today, I was met with arrogance and no apology at all from ANY staff when they tried to overcharge me again. Not a positive experience. read more

Wanted an office chair. There are quite a few inexpensive chairs on the Office Depot website. Went to the store to find not a single inexpensive chair on display. Found them on the back wall, all in boxes, no prices posted. Making selection very difficult. Will not be back and because of the in store experience will not be buying from them online. read more

Saturday, August 10th 2024, I visited the office Depot on I 240 Service Rd. and Western Avenue. On this day I had to scan some alphabet tips either put on a flash drive or sent to my email. However, I was having trouble with the process and the young girl working the register, and the gentleman Joseph by the print shop went above and beyond to help me with the task that I went there to achieve that day. There is not enough stars to give or gratitude to that I can express to these two help me out they both deserve a raise or promotion or something. read more

I purchased a computer on line and was having a friend pick it up for me (3 days ago). I don't live in the area. When she arrived to pick it up, she heard the manager tell the clerk to have her go to the customer service desk because "There is no way she can afford to buy a computer". When she went to the customer service desk, they first told her she could not pick it up because not in her name. Once she read the order she realized she WAS authorized to pick it up. I wrote to the company on line to express my concern and never heard back. I will no long purchase ANY Products from this company. For sure never from this location. read more

Not a bad Office Depot. Building looks like they remodeled an old grocery store. Unfortunately it still has that smell. Not to happy with the service, guy that helped me with copies was great but when I tried to ups something the two attendants were to bust talking about dinner. Took 30 min just to ups a package, not to impressed. read more
