Had Arturo, and Jason clean my sons carpets last week. They did such a great job that I had them come and clean my carpets yesterday 11/23 and WOW what a great job, they look great. While they were cleaning our carpet, I was looking at our tile floor that was installed 4 years ago. We clean it regularly and it looks great, but there was a couple spots in the grout that just look dark. Being that they were there cleaning the carpet, I asked Arturo if they had time to clean my tile he gave me a price and I told him to do it. When they were done My wife and I was amazed, we thought we were really keeping it clean. But when they were done I think it looks better than new. The colors in the tile just pop out at you, and the grouts so clean. There's just one problem, we have a was a bath room on the other side of our house that we had moved some things into before they came to clean the carpet that has the same tile. I first contacted them over a month ago nut had to postpone till 2 weeks ago when he came to my house to try and help my out with my dirty carpet and pet stains. He came on a very short notice and after evaluating my situation he quoted me at a lower cost than expected. His job performance was beyond my expectations and the results were a lot higher than promised. So if you are looking for professional cleaning at a reasonable price, they are your guys.
