We found a different mechanic to fix the vehicle with better prices and closer to our house. The mechanic left our car key in the car, when we went to pick up our car to have it towed to the other mechanic the key was missing. My husband called and left a voicemail asking what they planned to do about the key, he never received a call back. After 2 days we received no call back. I called, was sent to voice mail and was more adamant about getting a call back. Chris returned my call and was very rude. He said it was not his problem that someone stole our key out of our car while on his property. He does not have a lockbox that is unavailable to the general public and no cameras on the property. Our car is unusable without the key and they do not seem to care about replacing it, that is negligent. Do not leave your car here, if someone steals your property while it is in their hands they will do nothing about it.
