Jim was able to fit us in late in the day, and was able to repair the dryer for us very quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Calling a company as a new customer, it is very unusual to get that kind of service. We were more than satisfied, and will call Jim for any future appliance problems that may arise.

Called to get a quote for 1) a ductless ac/heater installed and 2) a service contract for the other systems, including the tankless they installed. Was told they were too busy to do either. ok, cool. called someone else who came out and couldn't replicate it but the system worked. Then the tankless started acting up. Called for a warranty service call and was told because it was is talked more than a year earlier (approx 2 years at that point), there was nothing they could do. They didn't even look at it. We got the hot water working again and about 6 months passed when it happened again. Took an unnecessary amount of energy to get a technician to come out. Had video of the problem--tech couldn't figure out what the problem was. with this extreme cold, the hot water stopped working again. left a message asking for someone to call me back. they didn't . called and asked representative who always answers to have someone call me back because pipes aren't wrapped and I want to know why. she said it was cold so pipes froze. ok--doesn't answer why pipes weren't wrapped. asked for someone to call me back--they didn't. bad customer service. won't use for another big project.

True horror show working with this company. Had them to my home on 2 occasions. The first time they…read moreovercharged me one hundred dollars ($100.00). I brought it to their attention and they corrected the bill immediately. Mistakes happen, no big deal. The second time they came was to install a new starter switch on my glass stove counter top. The technician (Henry) cracked the glass while installing the new piece (Viking Stove Top). Accidents happen, no big deal...... only it WAS a big deal ! Henry acknowledged the damage, but the company would not. Was told several times that Tracey or someone from the front office would call to address the issue. Never received a call, call back or any communication, only correspondence was through Henry. Finally, Henry told me the company offered to install the new glass top for free.... BUT...... I had would have to pay for the part ($800.00) !!! What a bunch of CRAP ! However, not wanting to litigate, I offered to settle with them but they refused any counter offer. Several months later we went to court, it was the last thing I wanted to due. When we got there, I had all my documentation and photographs (before and after). They couldn't write a check and settle fast enough. What a horrible and deplorable way to treat clients ! The mark and sign of any good, quality company is not only the job they do the day of, but the job / service you receive the day after. This Mickey Mouse company has failed miserably on both counts ! Not wanting to end on a negative note, there are good, competent, professional appliance repair services in the area. One reviewer mentioned Art Handler and my personal experience is that they are very good. Also highly recommend "Mr Gee's Appliance Repair" This guy is the real deal - knowledgeable, professional and reasonable (#609-321-4949). Hope this has been helpful and good luck !

I called and Becky answered the phone, found they had only one in stock and offered to have it set aside. I arrived and I had my part (for under 10.00) and out the door in a minute. Couldn't thank Becky in person since she works in a call center so this post is a thank you to Becky and the efficiently run All Brand Parts Store. A over 700 washer averted for a 9.49 part! Can't get any better than that!
