    Dishwasher drainer.

    Our dishwasher is not working and was flooded with water inside. I believe the drainage is not working properly, so we called the plumber and appliance guy to come out and investigate. The plumber drained something in the hose connected to the dishwasher, and the appliance technician pushed buttons in our dishwasher while looking up something on his laptop. I asked him if I could try running it again, and he said no, you need to replace it with a new one from them. I told him I would think about it and get back to him. After he left, I wanted to run it, and it works perfectly. When I booked the appliance guy, he said he could fix any problems I had. That is why I scheduled him to come out. They seem to want to replace my dishwasher without first determining whether it works or not. $300 is completely spent on the appliance technician and plumber. It all stems from the dishwasher's hose draining. These people should have had the chance to try out the dishwasher before deciding whether or not to purchase a new one. Not very happy.

    *update* look at snapshots of their better business bureau complaints..sounds familiar!! These awful reviews speak for itself. Apparently (from reading other reviews) others have dealt with the same girl Lindsey or just poor behavior alone. I got a call this morning from a cowardly lady who left a voicemail about a work order they had to look at our terrible lg fridge but I was very confused because someone already did from Asurion and we just needed it fixed so I call her back and she repeats my address but says you are in menifee correct? I said no, I'm in canyon lake. She says that's weird. Repeat your zip code for me. I told her and she says did you move? Lol yeah, I moved in the middle of Christmas while our fridge broke down within 4 days of the last technician that was here..lol I told her no, I did not move. She repeatedly asks me if I'm in lake Elsinore..once again, no, I'm in canyon lake and it's it's own city. So what entrance is it you take? At this point I'm extremely confused as to why all these questions and it's like how many times do you tell someone I'm in CANYON LAKE. So I said I don't understand your question..I'm in canyon lake and I don't know what to tell ya! Lol the whack job then accuses me of yelling at her lol and I said I'm not yelling at you..I'm repeatedly telling you the same answer over and over again because she kept wanting a different answer for some reason. I ask her for her name because I couldn't believe someone would even talk to someone this way and thinks I will allow anyone from this business into my home. She cowardly says my name doesn't matter and runs her mouth with I don't even know what and hangs up on me. If I were to say I'm in disbelief of the treatment I got for NO reason..I am beyond baffled and confused but then again the reviews speak for themselves. I call back and she doesn't answer. Then moments later as I'm writing this review I get a call from the manager named lane or so he said. He completely disregards her rude behavior and dismisses her actions cutting me off to get the work order going. Lol I ask what her name is and her name is Lindsay. I tell him I don't appreciate the fact that you are dismissing her behavior and how you think it's ok that she hangs the phone up on me. He has the audacity to tell me if you knew what she has going on in her life, you would understand. I said excuse me..there are ZERO excuses to treat customers poorly because of your personal life. You never bring it to work with you and if you do you never take it out on customers. I lost my best friend this year to pancreatic cancer after a grueling painful fight for her life for one year..then my sister was diagnosed with cancer and I am getting a biopsy in two weeks..should I crap on everyone else because of what I have going on? I said I will not be doing any business with your company and I will be co tasting LG. He says you're going to have a hard time finding someone to fix your fridge so I'm trying to help you. Help me? Go get a hold of your employee, listen to the recording of our call and teach her how to treat customers. Also never disregard the poor behavior of your whack job employee who hangs up the phone on you because you keep telling her I AM IN CANYON LAKE. Just get the damn work order going! I'm going to raise hell with LG because my fridge is 5yrs old and this is the 2nd compressor that is being replaced along with the ice maker and then they have a crappy company with terrible reviews who don't know how to talk to people contacting me? No thank you! I'll sit here with my broken fridge for another week or two while trying to get a refund on the lemon of a fridge that I got. Action appliance...this was already a stressful situation and it is for many customers especially in the middle of Christmas and your employee made it worse! Thank you!

    Very, Very Expensive....Be Careful I could have purchased a new dryer for what they charged me to fix it and clear the roof vent.

    I originally gave this business a great review because my experience with the salesperson was…read morepleasant. Although I appreciate the deal on the appliance, once I paid my money things changed. First, I was scheduled for next day delivery and we agreed to 5:30. I mentioned the commute home was long but I would check to see if my mom could wait for the delivery person. We still agreed on 5:30. I asked are there any other days available and I was told the driver doesn't work on Friday and Saturday wasn't available. Additionally, I was asked if the appliances were going to be upstairs. I said yes. Mr. Black said he only had one delivery person and he cannot make the delivery alone. He said since the delivery person would have to use his wife for the delivery, would I pay an additional 50.00 "to the wife????" Are you kidding! I received a call from the delivery person at 5:16, he was upset I was not there. He was agitated and yelling. I confirmed delivery was for 5:30 and my eta was 5:26. The delivery said " that's another 10 minutes!!." Wow. Removing both units from upstairs and installing two units is minimum 1 hour. Once I arrived the driver had unboxed the units and had the in the middle of my driveway along with his truck. As I pulled up and placed my hazards on, the driver miraculously is nice and insist I can drive around and park in my garage. Ok? Fast-forward, the driver and his wife take out my old units and bring in the new units. Upon seeing the drainage pan of the washer, he offered to replace it for 250.00. A 37.00 pan?? No thanks. He connected the washer and immediately said my pipes were frozen and I would need to call a plumber. The house is 10 years old. I stated that my washer was replaced before and I never heard such a thing. Magically, the water ran to the washer. The dryer was disconnected and there was a ball of lint. The delivery person quickly reconnected the hose and told me I need to call to get the line cleared because it was a fire hazard. So why not give me the option to leave the hose disconnected? Finally, as the couple were leaving, I was mopping up the spilled water from my old units and noticed the doorway panel was broken and set back in place. I hurried to catch the driver and couldn't so I called. I asked why didn't he mention the panel was broken. Why did he just put it back as if I don't own my house and wouldn't notice???? The installer, adamantly denied that he caused the damage. Rather the argue, I reached out to the owner or sales person Mr. Black and not only did I send the picture of the damage, he never answered the call nor did he respond the next day. Definitely, disappointed.

    Been shopping at HD for long time and seen lots of their help come and go. This is long overdue as…read morethe people Devon (c-service), Danny (pro) and Vickie (cashier) have been there for some time. These three individuals in particular have been so reliable, knowledgeable and committed to helping every time I enter the store on Temecula pkwy. Some employees take control and some employees collect a paycheck. Not everyone is gonna work at HD the rest of their lives and that is OK. Devon, Danny and Vick might not be there 4ever either. What I do know is if I got a question, they answer it with no bull. If I have a problem, they fix it or help me to fix it. If I am having a day, they have a kind word and/or a smile. As I said before, I don't know if they will be at HD forever but, I want them to know how much they have been, are, and will be appreciated going forward. A couple others I would mention that I have found to be exceptional help are Matt in paint, Jose and Joe plumbing, Emily C-serv, William hardware, Tammy in plumbing. Lisa pro. Mark lumber.     A couple of days ago we went to Home Depot to buy blinds for our window. We knew exactly what we…read morewanted and asked an associate to cut the blind for us. He did, but when we got home the blind was uneven and damaged, completely unusable. The next day we went back to return it. At the return desk, after explaining what happened, the associate had the nerve to tell me that once a blind is cut it cannot be returned--as if we had done something wrong, when it was Home Depot's own employee who cut it incorrectly and damaged it. She then said they "usually don't refund cut blinds" but that they would do it "this one time for me." That attitude was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should not be blamed for a mistake made by Home Depot staff. Shame on you!
