In addition to that convenience, his prices are more than fair, and everyone on the lot is super nice. We drop off the vehicle and leave and within 30min we were called back for them to tell us it was the starter and that it would cost them $800 to fix. Knowing it's not an $800 job we brought it home and i removed the starter. Brought the starter up to an Autozone to have it bench tested and the starter is perfectly fine across all tests. Annoying I had to remove it to find that out but it is what it is. Just thought I would give a friendly warning to all of those who think about using them. Only two conclusions I can come to at this point is 1. They were trying to scam us or 2. They dont know what they are doing.

The transmission was replaced at a shop that supposedly specialized in European cars. That repair actually created more problems. In frustration we took it to Park Place for truly expert help. They kept it running for us until a new problem had a repair cost that was far beyond the value of the car. They gave us a very generous trade-in value on a pristine 2017 GLE350 that had been serviced at Park Place its entire life.
