    DO NOT COME TO THIS AUTOZONE UNLESS DIEGO IS WORKING! I just had the most absolutely horrific…read moreexperience dealing with store manager "Maria" (which was a name that was given to me by an employee when the "store manager" would not disclose her name). Diego is absolutely amazing, he replaced my cars battery and my key fob battery and reassured me I could come back at anytime for further assistance. All I needed today was a key fob battery and the terminals checked on my new car battery, since the key fob has been very inconsistent. After being flat out told by a while female employee with light brown hair and green eyes "we don't do that" she then said she would get the store manger and I quite literally begged her to. How do you work at an autozone and you don't and won't check the terminals on my car to make sure the battery is installed correctly? Then here comes Maria, who YELLS at me from the farthest register from the front that "you will have to wait until the line is done because I have deliveries to prepare." I then proceeded to wait in the store for 25 minutes, asking chatgbt and fellow customers. THAT is how my issue was resolved, a kind, wonderful fellow customer who overheard my conversation and told me that it was a "really simple and easy process" he even escorted me to my car and DID IT FOR ME! He does not work for the company but went ABOVE and beyond to resolve MY issue while the store manager threw a TANTRUM over how busy her store is- I'm not sure if she knows this, but a busy store actually BENEFITS you as a store manager. MARIA, I BEG YOU, PLEASE SEEK A NEW JOB AND TAKE EVERYONE EXCEPT DIEGO WITH YOU! I have no idea how the YOUNGEST employee in the store has the most knowledge and BEST customer service, I will never return to this autozone again, I have never seen a grown woman behave in that manner and I would greatly appreciate if someone could order a wellness evaluation for her, I have never been screamed at from across a store, so if YOU don't want to be screamed at from across the store, DO NOT COME HERE!! Sam Timmons has a shop on University that will do EVERYTHING autozone SHOULD be doing and more and better yet, HE WON'T YELL AT YOU! Please RECONSIDER if you are needing any vehicle assistance or products, or at least do yourself a favor and make sure DIEGO is working.

So glad I did! Natalie helped me when I arrived and she was very kind and tested battery, alternator, etc. and everything checked out fine. I was happy to not shell out a ton of money and waited in line just to tell Mike how grateful I was for the great customer service. We coincidentally have the same kind of car a few years apart so he gave me some tips to address a couple of my issues. This was meant to be! Highly recommend this AutoZone!!

The…read morebattery was dead when I went to put it on my trickle charger as my lawn mower had not been delivered. I took the battery back to the Hulen store and was told I couldn't return the battery because it was dead. I was told to bring it to this store. The store manager told me the same thing and then called me a liar and told me I used the battery and that they tested the battery before they sold it to me. Which they did not do in front of me when it was sold to me. So I was sold a faulty battery, told I was a liar and now i'm out $80 of which I at least got store credit but they still robbed me of $80. Wait the 3 extra days and buy it on Amazon or spend the extra $20 at another place that honors their return policy. Worst customer service i've ever seen.

    Bought a $ 200 X2 lithium battery and X2 Pro charger , after a few months it stopped working . Took…read moreit to location they checked it out they said it was all good . Took it home, connected it and immediately the battery showed dead when I connected it. I called the Location Tristen answered and said I would have to go through the testing and charging process again. I told him I would like to talk to store manager because what he is telling me doesn't make sense as I understand parasitic draw but don't think it could happen in 10 seconds and that the battery would not charge last time or this time with the X2 power charger . When I asked for store manager or district manager info Tristen hung up on me . I tried to call back and Tristen wouldn't answer the phone . Later in the day I called back and said did " I called earlier did mean to hang up on me . " Tristen's reply " absolutely the Manager will be here Monday-Friday " then hung up on me . If you get a battery and don't ever have an issue this might be an ok place to buy . But if you have an issue and want them to stand by the warranty you are out of luck and will have to call corporate or go to another location because Tristen doesn't care one bit of you are a customer .
